*Your Dream Modern Home in Coral Ridge*

Modern stylish 4 bedroom villa located in the prestige Coral Ridge neighborhood. 2 story home, open kitchen area, top of the line stainless steel appliances, 1/2 bathroom downstairs, 4 master suites with private bathrooms, private heated pool, huge balconies to enjoy the sunset, 2 car garage, electric car charger. Less than 2 miles to Fort Lauderdale Beach.
The space
Please read Hose Rules before booking:

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. NO PARTIES or events of any kind, NO SMOKING inside the house, absolutely no noise or loud music outside after 10PM, there will be a fine of $500 for smoking in the house or loud music after 10PM. There are exterior recording cameras and noise detector devices.

No more than 8 adults (10 including children) at the house at all times.

The Space:

Modern home featuring, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. All 4 bedrooms are en-suites with private bathrooms and tv's, 1 bedroom with king bed in the first floor. 10' ceilings, open fully stocked kitchen, bosh stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, quartz countertops, European cabinets. Desk space, Master bedroom on the second floor with 2 huge walking closets. Game room area, with a futon sofa, and hockey table. 2 spacious balconies with furniture. Electric car charger.

Kitchen:

Soft closing cabinets, fully stocked with silverware, dishes, glassware, plastics, wine glasses for the pool area, pots, pans, cooking utensils, rice cooker, waffle maker, air frier, Keurig coffee maker.

Bathrooms:

All bathrooms include plenty of towels, hairdryer, initial toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes and toilet paper.

Laundry room:

Located on the second floor, available for your use, iron, iron board, steamer.

Parking:

2 car garage, parking is also available in the driveway, up to 4 cars in total. Level 2 EvoCharge vehicle charging station.


Private heated pool, outdoor gas grill, 4 pool lounge chairs, pool (beach) toys, cooler, beach chairs and beach umbrella.

*Home contractors: Please be aware that our pool, lawn, pest control company may be there to service the exterior of the house so don't be alarm.

Family vacation in Coral Ridge

This house was perfect for our family vacation with adult sons. We stayed here for ten days in January 2025. Very clean and spacious. Jessica is a great host and very responsive at all times. We expect to return to this house if available next time in Coral Ridge.

Bachelor Weekend

This property was gorgeous, well maintained, in a great location and very comfortable! The owner takes great care of this location, Jessica communicated with us all weekend to make sure we had everything we needed. She even greeted us with some snacks and wine!

Excellent view with close central location and the home exceeded our expectations in every way! Wonderful responsive management system with customer service and information that Sanctuary provided prior to our arrival was extremely helpful. Didn’t have to search for them. They initiated communication querying of any needs. Will definitely use them for future rental inquiries.

Overall we had an excellent stay. Property was very clean. We would have appreciated knowing before we paid about the monitoring for number of guests and sound. And the potential fine. We did not have a problem with the rules but it would be nice to know about monitoring and potential fine up front. But the location was good for us. The beach and restaurants were close.

Thank you so much for giving us 5 starts! The listing clearly states under property description, to read rules before booking: There are exterior recording cameras and noise detector devices. No more than 8 adults (10 including children) at the house at all times. Perfect location

Let me start off by saying Jessica was GREAT! She was accessible and responded quickly to all my questions. I booked this property for a business retreat, totaling 4 couples. Each room had its own bathroom (perfect for couples) and parking was included. It was 4 mins from the retreat and we were able to see the fireworks from the boat show.
