The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Used/wet towels and washcloths –place on each bathroom shower/tub floor.
Remove all trash including bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom from the house and take it to trash bin located on the side patio.
Leave the A/C thermostats at 76 degrees. Turn off all the lights.
Please place your keys back in the lockbox before leaving.
Dishes: Please load all used dishes and turn on the dishwasher.
Food Items: At your discretion feel free to leave any food item you consider safely reusable; our professional cleaning crew will inspect any food item for freshness.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
