Vacation apartment in the Black Forest with swimming pool, sauna and WLAN

In the health resort Schönwald at an altitude of 1000 mü.NHN we rent our modern furnished apartment. The apartment is for max. suitable for two persons, it is located in the time floor (DG). Schönwald is one of the highest-lying closed localities in Germany. The place is surrounded by meadows, pastures and forests. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find shops such. B. Bakers, butchers, restaurants and grocers, as well as hiking trails, trails, indoor pool and outdoor pool. For skiing, tobogganing and snowboarding 1 km of slopes are available. The winter sports area lies at an altitude of 991 m to 1045m.

We offer a small Non smoking apartment on 20 sqm. It has a separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and a comfortable living / bedroom with double bed (wall bed 1.50 mx 2.00 m), the apartment is rented without bed linen and towels. Free Wi-Fi, TV and free use of the swimming pool in the house complete the offer. A sauna is also possible for a fee. You need 1 Euro pieces for the coin device.

The tourist tax is payable locally. It is 2.50 euros (per person) per night.

The flat rate for the final cleaning is € 42.00, it is also payable at the key handover.

Washer and dryer are available in the common room as coin-operated equipment. You need 50 cent pieces for the use.

A linen package (sheets, sheets, towels, bath towels and tea towels) is available for a fee of 12,00 Euro per person, please order the linen package if necessary after your booking. Payment is due on arrival.

Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 20:00, departure by 10:00 or by appointment.

Rundumsorglospaket fürs Wochenende

Uns wurde nach dem Bezug kurzfristig weitergeholfen, damit wir das Bett beziehen konnten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist am Ende einer Wendeplatte. Es war schön ruhig und die frische Luft ein Traum. Erholung pur.

Lekker rustig, achter af in een klein dorpje. Op rijafstand van al het leuks. Helaas geen sneeuw, maar wandelen is toch bijna hetzelfde ;) Een puntje van kritiek: de douche kop was verschrikkelijk. Douche bij het zwembad: zalig!!

Klein und gepflegt

Das Objekt war sehr sauber, es gab weder in der Küche, Bad oder im Wohn/Schlafbereich Schmutz zu bemängeln. Das Zimmer ist zwar wie beschrieben klein, aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Zusammen mit dem Schwimmbad und Sauna ein gutes Angebot. Die Gegend bietet schöne Landschaften für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Durch das Angebot kostenlos Bus und Bahn zu nutzen, kann man die Städte Triberg und Neustadt ohne großen Aufwand besichtigen.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Leider mussten wir jedes Geschirr vor der Nutzung spülen, da alles schmutzig von den Vormieter war. Allgemein hätte alles besser geputzt sein können für 40€ Endreinigung. Gerade an Stellen, die oft angefasst werden, wie das Schrankbett von außen, konnte man viele Spuren der Vormieter erkennen. Leider hatte auch das Bett einen eher unangenehmen Geruch der Vormieter. Es war leider auch nicht sehr genau beschrieben, welche Geräte und Einrichtung vorhanden ist. Sehr schön gelegen inmitten des Schwarzwaldes und zum Wandern und Fahrrad fahren ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Es ist sehr ruhig und nicht umsonst ein Kurort.

Wir legen sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Wohnung, den Sie vorgefunden haben, entspricht nicht unserem Standard. Leider mussten wir aufgrund von Krankheit und Urlaub den Reinigungsdienst kurzfristig ersetzen. Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns auf die Mängel der Reinigung der Wohnung aufmerksam gemacht haben. Wundervoller Aufenthalt!

Ich habe die 4 Tage hier sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist genau das richtige für 1-2 Personen. Alles sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Des Weiteren ist die Wohnung nur 4 Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, was auch nochmal ein Plus war. Alles in allem eine tolle Ferienwohnung, die ich jederzeit wieder buchen würde!

Haben die Ferienwohnung spontan für ein verlängertes Wochenende gebucht. Obwohl wir erst am Mi Mittag gebucht hatten, wurde unsere Buchung für Do-So noch spontan bestätigt :) An- und Abreise war flexibel möglich. Die Ferienwohnung ist genau richtig für zwei Leute. Zusammen mit der Sauna und dem Pool ein preiswertes Angebot!

Klein, aber fein und perfekt ausgestattet

Die Wohnung ist funktionell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt sich auch im Winter gut beheizen. Möbel und Küchenzubehör sind neuwertig und es fehlt an nichts: Es gibt einen Wasserkocher, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Toaster, einen Minibackofen, auch eine Teekanne und eine kleine French-Press, aber auch Fön, 2 Bademäntel, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, auch Aufmerksamkeiten wie Pflaster im Bad fehlen nicht. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert, die Wohnung sehr sauber. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig.
