• Overnight street parking is not allowed by city regulation — vehicles may be towed by city authorities if parked illegally.

• Kindly observe the speed limit and drive slowly within the neighborhood for everyone’s safety.



💧 Regular Maintenance:

• Pool maintenance takes place every Thursday.

• Garden care is scheduled for Tuesday or Wednesday.



🗑️ Trash Collection:

• Trash day is every Wednesday.



🌴 Pool Safety Tips for a Fun and Relaxing Stay



1. Always have an adult present when children are near or in the pool.

2. Take a quick check of the water’s depth before diving or jumping in.

3. Encourage kids who are not confident swimmers to wear life jackets or floatation devices.

4. Please avoid bringing glass items or sharp objects like long sticks near the pool area.



Guest Access:

You will have private access to the entire home, including the beautiful backyard and pool. For your convenience, we offer sanitized, contact-free self-check-in. Please note that the garage and a few designated closets and cabinets are locked for storage and are not accessible to guests.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be Cancelled. COPS will be Called, and Legal Actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furnitures, and decorations are NOT allowed.



Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you've visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.
