Ground floor means easy access to tropical gardens and the ocean beyond. Quiet location features large private view deck and renovated interior. New Flooring throughout 2023. Doesn't get any better.

Large private condominium apartment at the resort condominium complex on the beach in sunny Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. 1 bedroom with private attached bathroom. 2nd bathroom down the hall with shower, large living area, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar. PLUS, large private view deck looking out towards ocean. Beach chairs, pool/beach towels, full size appliances including air conditioning and washer dryer. Really, just hit the grocery store and you are set for the week!

The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of oceanfront at Kihei which is considered one of the best locations on the Valley Isle. Kihei is noted for its year-round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island, averaging only 10 inches a year! World famous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away. one of the many sandy safe beaches at Kihei and nearby Wailea. Just a short distance (6 miles) from five championship 18-hole resort golf courses at Wailea and Makena. The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. The 60-foot swimming pool with its broad decks and abundance of pool furniture invites you to improve on your tan.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex was very well cared for. The (1 bedroom sleeps 5) condo at 732sf was surprisingly large enough for us and our three teenage grandchildren. Queen bed in the bedroom, Queen pullout sofa bed, along with a 1 person murphy bed. It had two bathrooms with showers and everything worked. The kitchen was well equipped with even a rice cooker and deep fat fryer. The outdoor grills made great steaks and ribs. The pool was a cooling temperature and kept all the children active. The hot tub was at a very comfy level. The beach had a few small rocks and coral pieces whish made it a bit hard for swimming. Walking on the beach was always a new experience. Crabs, lobster shells, Green sea turtles sunning themselves, people fishing, and catching octopus, kayaking or paddle boarding. So much to do!! The pool area had a locker which houses a large array of yard games and beach toys.We didn't encounter any rain during our 11 days here. It was 88 every day and in the 70's at night.The staff here was very helpful and kind as if you were their neighbor. We had a great experience at the aquarium and the road to Hana. Make sure you swim under the waterfalls. Extra invigorating. We had the chance to take in a parade in Lahaina where 9 Islands were displayed. The costumes and flowers were very impressive. On fathers day we went to a car show at Wailea malls. Fantastic!! The blowhole on the north end was crazy. The Lau Lau is very tasty.Chickens RULE the island**It says I'm from Seattle but NO, I'm from Minnesota.
