About this property

Our house is located in the most beautiful and quiet residential area of Rovinj, called Borik = pine forest, 2.5 km from the center. It is framed by the magnificent old pine forest that stretches to the beach. The house is in a cul-de-sac, there is no through traffic and the parking is directly at the house. It is 150m (3 minutes walk) from the pebble beach and 3 restaurants. From 5 minutes walk from the house supermarket, pizzeria and ATM can be found. Hiking and biking trails lead from the house through the vineyards and past farms. Spring and fall holidays are ideal as a climate therapy for allergies, because then the sea air is most saturated with the essential oils of the pine tree.
All apartments are built in 2013 and furnished with attention to detail, each with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, with barbecue on each terrace or in the garden.

Schöne Wohnung, schnell am Strand

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Man ist sehr schnell am Strand mit Spielplatz, 5 Minuten Fussweg. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und bemüht. Leider war in der Straße eine Baustelle, die ganze Straße wurde saniert. War manchmal etwas laut und biele Umleitungen.
