Our house is located in the most beautiful and quiet residential area of Rovinj, called Borik = pine forest, 2.5 km from the center. It is framed by the beautiful old pine forest that stretches to the beach. The house is in a cul-de-sac, there is no through traffic and the parking lot is right by the house. It is 150m (3 minutes walk) from the pebble beach and 3 restaurants. A 5-minute walk from the house will find a supermarket, pizzeria and ATM. Hiking and cycling trails lead from the house through the vineyards and past farms. Spring and autumn holidays are ideal as climate therapy for allergies, because the sea air is then most saturated with the essential oils from the pine tree.
All apartments were built in 2013 and furnished with attention to detail, each with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, with a grill on every terrace or in the garden.
