Enjoy the west shore of Lake Tahoe in this perfect Tahoe Cabin. Close beaches, skiing and hiking. Whatever it is that you love about the mountains, you will be near. This inviting cabin features a warm fireplace, and an open floor plan and a nice hot tub. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, and the lower floor has the living area as well as an additional bedroom and bathroom.

Located in a quiet neighborhood of Tahoma, you are near ski resorts and snow shoeing for your winter activities, and near the bike paths, hiking trails, the lake and beaches for all your summer fun.

Perfect for a group of eight people (two families or a group of friends) will have lots of space to sleep here. On the main floor, you'll have a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, and the upper level has two more bedrooms, each with a king bed.

Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an usually hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults

Wonderful place for a getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. We have a very anxious dog, and typically he is antsy to be in places where there is sign of other dogs. In this case, he had no issues at all. The place was clean, instructions straightforward, and location was perfect for a getaway. We also liked the ambience and interior decoration of the cabin. It had a vacation vibe.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was exactly as described. Met all our needs. The bear wires that prevent break-ins were not a problem. Although small, it had everything we wanted including a larger area in the back. One note, although the property limits parking, the parking limitation on the streets is for the winter months. Walkable to lake. Hot tub and BBQ available and easy to use. Steep stairs to the upstairs.

Adorable cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you love the west shore this is a good location. Not far from Tahoe city close to Emerald Bay. We only used the upstairs bedroom but it was comfortable. We had a weird cold snap for August and used the fireplace a lot- very cozy!
