This 1 bedroom family suite has plenty of space for 4 people, with a King bed in the bedroom, or a queen bed in the living room. Take the family for a day exploring nearby Lincoln City, or wander down to our easy beach access. We also give guests access to the HOA pool!

The Space:
Stunning ocean views await you from 216 at D Sands! Take in the ocean breeze from the balcony while getting cozy in front of an intimate gas fireplace, and enjoy a home cooked mean from the full kitchen. This 1 bedroom family suite has plenty of space for 4 people, with a King bed in the bedroom, or a queen bed in the living room. Take the family for a day exploring nearby Lincoln City, or wander down to our easy beach access. We also give guests access to the HOA pool!

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

The place was cute. We enjoyed our stay and loved our view. The only issues were the hot tub and pool were not open the whole time we were there and we did not love the side of the deck where the neighbors would lean over and look into our rooms. And their dog would bark at us. It really gave zero privacy vibes. But all in all we would love to come back and stay again.

This unit is our King bedroom sleep that can sleep up to six with an additional queen bed and sofa sleeper. As with all our units it comes with a stocked kitchen. Walking the beach is easy via our own beach access and speaking of location, not only are we centrally located to all things Lincoln City we are centrally located on the coastline so day trips to Newport, Pacific City, or Tillamook are an easy day trip away.
