Summary:

Unit 113 is a privately owned corner studio condo on the north end of the property. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views through large windows and from a ground-level patio, or use our easy, private beach access. This space features a King bed for up to 2 guests, a walk-in shower, 2 recliners instead of a loveseat, and full-sized appliances in the fully stocked kitchenette. The restaurants and activities within walking distance are new memories waiting to be made in this centrally located getaway!



The Space:

Unit 113 is a privately owned corner studio condo on the north end of the property. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views through large windows and from a ground-level patio, or use our easy, private beach access. This space features a King bed for up to 2 guests, a walk-in shower, 2 recliners instead of a loveseat, and full-sized appliances in the fully stocked kitchenette. The restaurants and activities within walking distance are new memories waiting to be made in this centrally located getaway!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

This stay was great! The location couldn't be better. We had everything we needed.My only complaint would be the lingering cigarette smell that we could not get out. We left the door and windows open and it was still so strong. That's not really the condo's fault, though. Just some inconsiderate guest that didn't adhere to the "no-smoking" policy.

Unfortunately, there are some stairs stairs down to the beach before you get to enjoy the sand, but you're definitely correct that we're right there on the beach. Our ocean views are nearly unbeatable, even from this first floor condo, and we hope the condo and kitchen had everything you needed to enjoy every minute of it.
