A person who is booking must be present at check-in and shell stay for the duration of the reservation.
Your health and safety are very important to us! We have added extra cleaning and sanitation measures at the condo for the safety of all our guests.
We temporarily removed all the rugs (including bath rugs from the floor). We also temporarily removed all decorative pillows from the couches and beds. All touchable surfaces are disinfected and sanitized with EPA (and CDC) approved disinfectants.
Vacation rentals reservations and stays will be allowed from all U.S. states with a COVID-19 Case Rate less than 500 cases/100K residents as of May 14, 2020.
All persons traveling from such a States are required upon entry to Florida to self-isolate or self-quarantine for 14 days, or for the duration of their presence in the state, whichever is shorter.
