Beautiful lake front home on Grand Lake near Duck Creek

Charming, newly remodeled lake front property with a private fishing dock and boat lift. Two level home with three bedrooms and three full baths. Master bedroom features a king bed, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a queen bed and twin bunk in the lower bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. Very short walk down to the swim dock with great views of the main lake. The spacious deck has plenty of seating and a propane grill that overlooks the main lake, perfect for stunning sunsets! Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. We have a 2 slip boat dock available for your use with a 28’ slip and a jet ski slip with a port.

We are located an hour from Tulsa or Joplin, close to Ketchum, and just minutes from fishing tournament launches in Disney. Enjoy antique shopping, golf, great restaurants, and multiple events throughout the year close by. Come to see the eagles in the fall or the Christmas Boat Parade in the winter. Great fishing year round!

Come ready for fun and relaxation. Nestled in the woods for privacy yet close to all the amenities the lake has to offer.

Great place, great host

Everything was in order. Very practical, well appointed house on a quiet cove. The manager was communicative and nice. The place was clean. I think the dock could use a little TLC if you’re bringing a boat, but the issues are minor. Its a great dock for hanging out. It’s also a little tight maneuver swinging a boat in there but we got used to it. Overall it was a really good experience and would rent again.

Ideal Getaway on a Peaceful, Serene Lake Cove

Upon walking into the house, I initially noticed the modern accommodations until looking through the full glassed “wall” looking out at Grand Lake. What a beautiful view. The grandkids spent most of the stay either swimming in the cove or jumping from the adjoining boat dock. Despite being hot, the lake temperatures was very comfortable. Fishing is possible off the dock as we got a few nibbles around dusk. Great way to introduce a 3 year old to the joy of fishing. All the facilities have been recently updated. Basically, this place came as advertised & photographed. Getting to the water is a bit steep & rocky but didn’t prevent this old guy from fully enjoying the water.

Wonderful view

The recently updated property was a beautiful rental. Pros: wonderful views, abundance of board games for all ages, large refrigerator, railings and made for an easy walk to boat dock, abundance of fish for the catching, good washer and dryer. Cons: be aware kitchen picture shows 2 stocked shelves. These shelves did not have any kitchen items. This was not a problem, but wanted renters to be aware. There is no trash pick up. Trash must be kept inside (raccoons) and you have to haul it away. But this is no way spoiled the trip. Loved the raised bed garden on the boat dock, very unique!
