Secluded Country Farm Estate

Quiet and pristine 24-acre working horse farm located in Carroll County, Maryland with exquisite, serene views from every window. Coming up the driveway you may be greeted by beautiful horses grazing in the field. (The horses are privately owned. Please do not feed or touch). Occasionally our very friendly furry Zuchon (Shis Tzu/Bischon) visits and enjoys running around in the fences backyard. The farm is surrounded by beautiful pastures, a large magnolia tree gracing the circular entrance driveway, and a large deck at the back of the house for relaxing or entertaining after a dip in the pool (Seasonal: May to Labor Day). Perfect for retreating from the hectic city. Just 1 hour west of Washington, DC and minutes to Westminster, historic McDaniel College, Union Mills Hiking Trails, Bear Branch Nature Center, Scenic Battlefield Horseback Riding Tours in Gettysburg, PA. All kinds of shopping (Target, Walmart, HomeGoods, Marshall’s, Weis Market, Shoppers, etc.) is just 10 minutes west on 140 Baltimore Avenue.

The farm is on a well system. Please be mindful of your water usage. Turn out lights and AC when not being used
Please pick up dog waste and dispose in trash bins. We have provided a pooper scooper outside of the sliding glass doors.

Quiet and peaceful horse whisper

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this beautiful and peaceful farm with lots of space to roam and beautiful scenery. Add in the beautiful horses and birds. It was a wonderful experience for all ages. The property is also located. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping , so it was just amazing.

Relaxing days and quiet nights

We had the perfect time. The house is comfortable and the pool is great. The hosts are wonderful and live in a separate suite. We felt like we had the place to ourselves to walk the farm, see the horses and relax. Westminster has a small downtown with good restaurants. We are thrilled we found this gem in the hills.
