Excellent stay

Beautiful house in Lake Arrowhead. We were 2 adults and 2 young kids. The layout would work for friends or possibly 2 small families as well. All bedrooms are upstairs, one is very big with its own bathroom and the other two share one. The stairs are nearby the bedroom doors, so if you have toddlers that can get out of their bed and roam around, you might want to consider bringing one of those child proof door knobs or door monkeys. Cosy and clean living room with lots of board games. Great room flow, with adjoining dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with beautiful vintage stove and fridge that work great. Large deck with beautiful view of the lake. The location is great; It is relatively secluded so very quiet, but it is walking distance to the village, probably around 15-20 minutes, once you stop following google maps because it has no idea and is asking you to teleport in places. Evelyn was the most helpful and communicative. We had an awesome time there!

Hi! I've been renting our magical 5-star rated spot here in Lake Arrowhead for 4 years. We love sharing our very inviting home. It is a very special place to make memories in - and has been since the 1930s! I am a graphic designer, so I enjoy adding little branded touches to the space.

Why they chose this property

This hilltop home is in a quaint tucked away neighborhood that is not open to through traffic. It is conveniently located to the village.... just a 10 minute walk downhill to grab a bite, listen to live music, shop, walk along the lake! Note that coming back will be a rewarding 15 min. heart pumping, glute activating walk uphill.

What makes this property unique

This bright and lively European-style home sits atop a quiet hill to take in all the view. Many places on the mountain are dark and in densely packed neighborhoods. Not this one! The house has a rich history which you can feel as soon as you walk on the property.
