Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Please start a load of towels/put in dryer for 60 mins Turn heat down to 50 degrees OR AC OFF Run garbage disposal and empty clean dishes from dishwasher Unplug coffee machine and toaster

This is a beautiful cabin with a home like feeling. It's comfortable and clean with the new kitchen counters. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet close to the lake. I've been to many cabins but this one is different. It was a very nice and relaxing stay for our family.

Great stay in a quiet area on the mountain

MY family and I had a great stay at Bonnie's cabin in Lake Arrowhead. I wanted to find a quiet place for us to spend a weekend and this location was perfect. We had plenty of space and had a great stay.

Great place for a family vacation

My family had a great time. The cabin is in a great location, and has everything you need. An added bonus was the private dock just a nice walk away. Owners are very nice and attentive, checked in just to make sure all was good. Thank you for helping to make our Christmas Vacation great!

Family Weekend

The Lakeside Home was Beautiful. The owner provided everything needed, to make our visit enjoyable. She made sure, there was an abundance of dishes, mugs and silverware, for her guests.Also, there was a baby gate available for my grandson, who recently started to crawl.Thank you for being so accommodating to my family.

Perfect little getaway

Stayed her for a wedding that was just around the corner and everything with the property was great. The expected spiders here and there but that’s expected from being surround by wilderness. Super friendly host and the check in process was seamless

Perfect Mountain Escape

The rustic cabin is surrounded by beautiful pine trees. You feel like you are in a forest but still have easy access to Lake Arrowhead Village. The place was very clean. Communicating with Bonnie was very easy. We would stay there again!

Great time

We all enjoyed the property thoroughly! We will be back. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook. We had a wonderful time, highly recommend this place. But maybe I shouldn't otherwise it would be booked when we want it again!

Great location close to the Village

The host is very responsive and helpful. The home has a very comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom. The house has all the amenities you need. What we enjoyed most of all is how you can just walk to the village from the house!

Comfortable, cozy spot for a family

The children really enjoyed the house, it was fun for them to explore. The home was well-stocked with essentials. The location was perfect, you can see the lake from the front deck and it is close to the town. Lots of games, books, and entertainment was available to use. Very nice overall. We loved that it was decorated for the holidays. It was a memorable experience and we would love to return!

Clean, comfy, great location, amazing view!

The Lake House was perfect for our family getaway of 6 people. We enjoyed sitting on the dock watching the water and the village is walking distance. The floors are pretty creaky, so if you stay in one of the downstairs bedrooms, be prepared for that! But otherwise the house was clean and had all the amenities we needed to have a great stay. Bonnie and Mike were very helpful in getting us situated and sharing surrounding activities. Relaxing and peaceful!

Lake House

With 2 bedrooms and a loft there is plenty of space to retreat for quiet time away from the rest of your traveling companions. The property boasts a cabin's warmth and charm lit by large vaulted windows bringing in sunlight and evergreen views. The house is not right on the shore but a Lake pass is provided for guests to access the water in a couple minute trip. Highly recommended.

Christmas Getaway

The house was perfect. The pricing couldn’t be beat! Spacious. Bonnie provided everything we needed. They responded to my questions in a timely manner. They provide all the details needed to get you there, what to do when you arrive and depart. My family loved all the games available to play too. We will be renting again in the future! Simply beautiful

My family and my brother's family had a wonderful weekend, the children had fun, our wives were involved with the place and we could enjoy watching some of the games of the soccer world cup in this cozy place next to Fireplace. Thank you for sharing this place with us. I highly recommend it. Note: My dog loved it too, and says many woof to you this was woofnderful.

Beautiful location; clean and roomy property

House is in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. It is well maintained, roomy, and immaculate. It has two lovely desks for eating on or just relaxing. The kitchen and dishes were spotless, which isn't always the case in homes we've rented. Our hosts couldn't have been nicer. This rating should really be 4.5 stars. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is a couple of items that needed fixing and which our hosts said they would take care of after we left. We would definitely come back again if coming to Lake Arrowhead.

Idyllic mountain haven

We spent 6 wonderful days at Bonnie's home over New Years and had a relaxing retreat. There were 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids under the age of 6) and we were quite comfortable within the space. Bonnie responded quickly and thoroughly to all our questions both before and during the stay, and we had a wonderful time! The neighborhood is awesome - quiet, closely located to the Village, with peek-a-boo views of the lake. The home is completely outfitted with anything and everything you may need. We were able to comfortably cook a variety of meals at home. Thank you Bonnie for sharing your haven with us!

All the comforts of home!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a very comfy cozy house. There were plenty of towels, linens, utensils, dishes, cookware, etc...We loved sitting on the deck and watch the kids play outside. Comfy beds and great water pressure. Very quick walk to the dock and to the Village. It was a gorgeous weekend in the mountains! Please note that they accept pets at this house, so if you have allergies it might not be the best place for you. My husband was struggling to breathe even with allergy meds. So we spent as much time outside as we could.

Quaint cabin in the woods

This cabin is quaint, clean and pretty much had everything we needed (if you didn't bring your own). My ignorant self did not realize this cabin a split level with 3 floors, thankfully I did bring a baby gate for my 16 month old. The hillside/snow is what we came for so the kids can enjoy in "our" backyard and it really did not disappoint. It was nice that we didn't have to leave to go sledding and the kids had plenty of snow to play with. Our communication with the host was exceptional! Quick response to all of our questions, so that was super appreciated.

Short and sweet

The cabin was spacious, clean and a breeze to check into/out of. I appreciated the big bay window, the big kitchen and the overall welcome feeling of the cabin. I had to get in touch with Bonnie a few times during our stay and she was always helpful and quick to respond. Unlike other places, the kitchen is packed with cook- and silverware. No need to worry about whether there will be enough plates, bowls, pots or pans - Bonnie has you covered. We would have liked it if the fan in the living room worked to push the heat down from the fireplace, but the central heat and fireplace were both wonderful. We didn't see a lake view from the property (as alluded to in the description), but the neighborhood is beautiful and the lake is close enough not to really matter. Overall we had a lovely time and would stay here again.

The Mountains are Calling

Adorable! It's the perfect cabin for two families to enjoy together. Plenty of parking and while we were here in the summer, it's the kind of driveway you don't curse at in the winter bc it's pretty flat. We had everything we needed to cook meals at the house and we even enjoyed dinner on the front patio one night. The air works (for summer visits lol) but you don't even need it most of the time and the windows/screen doors will keep you comfortable. The Lake Access is such a huge perk and we were so thankful! It's a short walk to get to one of the Lake Access gates and from there it's an easy walk to the village, even with younger kids. There's an ice maker so you don't need to buy ice if you don't want to. Bonnie was easy to get a hold of and happy to help. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Larger than it looks! It is newly renovated, with wood plank floors, granite counters and new appliances. Extremely well equipped, well maintained, and surrounded by forests! Includes ALA pass to all lake side trails and the Village. The location is only 3/4 mile from the village either by car or a casual lakeside walk over a bridge with stream and majestic pines. 5 star ratings!

What makes this property unique

If you prefer a $750.00 refundable security deposit instead of the $59. non-refundable insurance fee from VRBO. please contact me before booking. That saves you $59. on a booking. Otherwise, a hold for the refundable deposit is placed on your credit card but not charged unless damage occurs. Damage rarely occurs, however, If an accident occurs please inform me.
