The house Strandperle is only about 200 meters from the sea, or 5min walk and was built in 2018. The apartment is located in the 1. Floor of Parkstraße 28, in a quiet residential area. The lovingly furnished 3-room apartment offers enough space for up to four people. Enjoy the afternoon and evening sun on the covered balcony in south-west orientation with a wide view of the Baltic Sea. A table with four chairs and a parasol invite you to relax and linger. The living area with access to the balcony is bright and flooded with light. The large comfortable corner sofa with sleeping function and topper (LF 150 x 200cm) is complemented by a chair, stool, flat screen TV, music system and free Wi-Fi (in planning). The high-quality fitted kitchen has a fridge with freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and kitchen scales. The dining table with 4 comfortable chairs allows comfortable dining and is also ideal for sociable games.   The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed (180 x 200mm with 2 separate mattresses) and a spacious wardrobe. In the closet there is the possibility to lock his valuables in a safe. A flat screen TV is for further entertainment. In the second bedroom is another cozy box spring bed (140 x 200cm) and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout pleats and blackout curtains. The rooms have enough space for a travel cot.   The bright bathroom with walk-in shower has a vanity unit, toilet, a shelf with hairdryer, magnifying mirror, stool and a window to let in the fresh sea breeze.   On cool days, the underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth in all rooms. On the property there is a free parking space (number 3). We wish you a relaxing holiday with a pleasant sea breeze on the Baltic Sea. Non smoking apartment, small pets, such as pug, dachshund or Havanese with a back dimension of max. 35cm are allowed (6.00 € / night and one time 12.00 €).

Linen sets, travel cot and highchair can be booked with a fee.

If necessary, it is advisable to book the coveted beach chairs in advance. The current conditions are; (EUR 7, - per day, EUR 40, - per week).

Far away from mass tourism is the former fishing village Börgerende directly on the Baltic Sea beach between the "White City by the sea" Heiligendamm and the Baltic Sea Nienhagen. An appealing new construction in the style of modern resort architecture preserves the original character of the place. The beach of Börgerende is divided into textile and nudist areas, as well as a dog beach. But not only water lovers come here at their expense. Nature lovers will know Börgerende in every season and learn to love. A walk along the sea to the ghost forest, a hike to Heiligendamm, a visit to the Doberaner Münster, a drive to Warnemünde, Kühlungsborn or Rostock are just a few suggestions for an interesting stay. The approximately 1. 100 km long Baltic Sea Cycle Route leads directly along the water through the town Börgerende. Swimming, lounging on the beach, fishing, walks along the sea to Heiligendamm, by bike along the Baltic Sea cycle path, a ride on the train-Molli, golf, horseback riding ... everything is possible!
