Welcome to the Sunshine House where our vacation awaits you!
**Saturday to Saturday booking only for June, July, August.**
The Sunshine House is a great place to make memories! Enjoy all the amenities while relaxing and recharging in this beach cottage. Deck is amazing for dinners. Access to ICW. Beach is a 3 minute golf cart ride. Perfect house for everyone!
Our house has great space with our open floor plan and 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths, plus an outside shower! Also, enjoy our large deck with outside dining and a gas fire pit.
**We only rent week to week during the summer months 6/1=8/31*** You are welcome to email me dates and if for some reason we have less days available we will work with you.

Great Stay

My family and I had a great experience at this property. The home was clean, and had everything we needed. The host was extremely reliable, friendly, and answered all questions/concerns in timely manner. The location was beautiful, and the golf cart was an added bonus.

Great house

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine House! Very clean and well decorated. It was well stocked and we had everything we needed there. Very nice neighborhood! Great communication with host - Linda. She was very nice and helpful. We will certainly stay there again.

Excellent!

We really enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart, the ability to use their beach chairs and towels, and the quietness of the location. The kitchen is well stocked with good quality pots and pans. The house is nicely decorated and uncluttered. An overall enjoyable time was had by all.

Amazing Stay!

This Vrbo looked just like the pictures! Loved the aesthetic of the house and the location was perfect!! Linda was an amazing property owner, she was very helpful and even gave us some recommendations on where to eat!! The house was very clean and and we had an amazing time at the house!!

The house was immaculately clean & spacious. The front deck & landscaping was tropical It is so nice to rent a vacation home that has everything in it that you need…towels, sheets, laundry soup, body wash,shampoo, spices, paper products-you name it-it was there! Why they chose this property

We chose this property because it is beautiful. We love the location being in a neighborhood where you can go to the beach, ride bikes, go to the ICW, take walks, the kids can ride their bikes in the cul-de-sac or you can cruise in the golf cart. We also LOVE the outdoor space. The view from the deck is beautiful and there is water all around us.

What makes this property unique

We do a signature drink for the summer months. Your ingredients await you. We also provide: shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, DAWN, cleaners, foil, saran wrap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, PAM, some spices, and coffee for the regular pot.
For the outdoors, our house comes with a six seater golf cart, 4 bikes, a paddle board and life jacket, two kayaks, corn hole, a shibumi tent, beach chairs, beach towels and a large deck with a gas firepit, and we have a gas grill.
