Oceanfront Home with Direct Beach Access & Stunning Views in Emerald Isle

Cassimir East is an exquisite oceanfront duplex with panoramic views located in Emerald Isle, the southern Outer Banks, in North Carolina.

Ample sleeping space with four bedrooms, a sofa sleeper bed, and three full baths. Enter on the main floor to an open floor plan featuring the kitchen, living room, dining area, in addition to the private converted den with a queen bed, as well as a full bath featuring a shower/tub combo.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and two full baths. The master features a king bed, private balcony and a master bath including a jacuzzi tub and shower. The full hall bath includes a shower. A california king is in the second guest bedroom, with the third bedroom including a double (full) and a twin bed and a queen air mattress is available as well as an additional private balcony.

Downstairs (street level) is the converted garage with a couch, dining areas, TV, games, and more - a perfect hangout for the teens and tweens.

With ocean views from nearly every room, the location is unbeatable. Both sunrises and sunsets over the water can be enjoyed from the deck or private balcony off of the master.

It’s also very common to see dolphins cruising the shoreline. Baby sea turtles hatching and even whales have been spotted directly in front of our home as well.

Our vacation home is perfect for any type of get-away.

Aside from the private walkway to the beach, Cassimir East is fully equipped with beach toys, a private neighborhood pool and play structure for young ones (just a 2 minute walk away), and sleeping areas ranging from a twin to a king-size bed. Cassimir East is the best

This is our second year staying at Cassimir East, and my family absolutely loves it. We have been vacationing in Emerald Isle for seven years and have always stayed in homes off of Coast Guard Road. Cassimir East is by far our favorite. From its proximity to the Pointe to the "dunes" deer that greeted us each morning and evening make this home an absolute gem. Thank you for sharing it !!

Amazing hosts!

Our family vacation at Cassimir East was fantastic. It's obvious the hosts take great pride in their homeand care about the renter's experience. The location could not be better...right on the beach, a quick walk to the neighborhood pool, and a short drive to restaurants, ice cream, water park, etc. Our family had such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation!

Carpets and floors could be a bit cleaner, but what beach house couldn’t? The dryer didn’t work during our stay but the owner communicated quickly and tried her best to remedy the problem. The property is ocean front, but a few yards from the neighborhood access so the beach can get busy at times. Overall a great experience! I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house right on the ocean. Very colorful, lots of space. We really enjoyed the deck and watching dolphins. We had plenty of sleeping space. Everything was great. We intend on going back.

Excellent NC beach weekend

It was my first trip to Emerald Isle. We wanted something that was a convenient drive while avoiding the crowded boardwalks further south. We picked the house because it seemed kid friendly and the direct beach access was a must. The house was great - very comfortable and supplied everything we needed. Notably, the kitchen really had some decent knives, pans, cutting boards, etc, which is not always the case with beach rentals. Everything about the stay was easy. The owners were communicative and helpful throughout.

Perfect Week

Lovely place to stay ... and I’ve been vacationing in EI my whole life. Had everything we needed. Owner was wonderful to work with during covid and stay-at-home order. By far my favorite part was the deck and the location. You could easily see the sunrise, sunset, and a million twinkling stars on a clear night. Really enjoyed the walk to The Pointe several times. We scored dozens of perfect shells down there after wading out to the sand bar in the mornings. Absolute best spot in the island to watch the sunset. Took portraits of our girls during The Golden Hour all decked out for the prom and 8th formal (that we’re cancelled due to covid). They will never forget this trip. And this truly exhausted nurse will forever be thankful for this perfect week- your home was a true refuge for our family during the pandemic.

lovely place and perfect beach

All my families love this place. Nice view of beach from the living room, open kitchen, plenty of spaces, big master suits and all the bedroom and bathroom are nice size. Private walking toward beaches and the view is hard to beat.BTW, my families specially want me to mention they LOVE the outdoor shower equipped with hot water. Perfect to wash off sands after playing on beach. The only drawback is we found the washer was out of order on our second day. We let the owner know and she is very responsive. Unfortunately the repair man can't come till the 4th day and he has to order some part, thus we weren't able to do any laundry. As an apology, Jen offer to buy pizza/ sub for our last dinner. Another minor thing is when I first entered the house, I found a bit sand on the cover of ottoman, no biggy. I strip the cover and shake it outside. Other than these minor things, the stay is as good as we imaged. Definitely will rent again if we visit Emerald island again.

Our first Beach house rental

Overall very satisfied with our stay. Jane the property owner was wonderful, very prompt and helpful with questions or any concerns, and we were able to check in a few hours earlier, as soon as housekeeping was done with cleaning from previous guests. That was a big plus as we drove all night and most morning and was just about to camp out at Walmart parking lot to take a nap before check-in time. BEAUTIFUL house right on the beach!!! Everything was wonderful, and other than food and drinks, you have everything you need there. Nice big deck to enjoy the view and clean easy access to beach, which was only steps away and we were able to come and go as we wished, in all hours of day or night. Ample parking and our next door neighbors (who shared the duplex) were very nice and quiet and nobody bothered anybody. Master bedroom and main living room area with beautiful ocean views and you can hear the waves roaming and moonlight over the water at night, right from your bed! We had children and grandchildren, and everyone absolutely enjoyed their stay. Stores and restaurants are not too far away so we were able to stock up for food and drinks. There are water faucets downstairs to wash sand off your feet before going back to house, also a shower with hot water to rinse off, which was quite nice as our grandson used it quite a bit. All in all very, very nice, and we would definitely come back in the future if we're able. Highly recommend! Thank you, Jane! :)

Really liked this property. Stunning views! Very child friendly. What we loved: 1. The play area under the stairs. My granddaughter stayed in that whenever we were in the house. 2. The number of beds and bathrooms were great for us. 3. Decor was very attractive and beachy. 4. Great location and quiet neighborhood 5. Outdoor showers were wonderful! Especially with the children. We were able to completely de sand before we went upstairs.6. We loved that we had a washer and dryer in the house! 7. Loved that the bathtowels and wash clothes were included. What we wished was a little better:1. Grill outside, which we had planned to use, was very dirty from whoever had used it before us. We didn't want to clean it so it was unusable to us.2. Since we couldn't grill, we thought we would broil in the oven, however, the bottom 1/2 of the broiler pan was missing so we couldn't cook our meal in there. We had planned to cook a few meals but decided not to since we didn't have the right equipment. 3. Downstairs bathroom door wouldn't close correctly but we were able to do it if a second person pushed the bottom corner of the door into the frame while the person inside shut it. As you can see, pluses far outnumbered minuses. We had a nice time and would definitely consider renting this unit again!

Our Beach House was wonderful. Emerald Island was a beautiful destination. The weather could not have been more spectacular. The mini golf, the souvenir shopping, and the restaurants were all easily accessible. My family thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and having fun just talking. It was a great vacation!

House was a great location- with just a few hundred feet to the sand. We loved that we could check in early. The AC went out in the garage area and Jane had it fixed as soon as she could. The weather was great and made memories to last a lifetime.

Lovely Rental

Cassimer East was a great place for our group (3 families of 4). You can't beat the location...direct beach access, 2 driveways down from the pool, and 1 mile from main Emerald Isle strip. The house was clean and had all amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic oceanfront home!!

Our family loved this home for our vacation to Emerald Isle!! The location is great, neighborhood is quiet, and the house is right on the oceanfront. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Our kids LOVED all the beach toys and books that were in the house. We had a great time and will hopefully be back in the future!

Born & Bred in North Carolina. I have always enjoyed the beach. My two children and I spent a lot of time in Emerald Isle, when they were small. It is so peaceful there - every single mom needs a quiet retreat to charge her batteries or regain her sanity. I have recently returned to the area and really enjoy my new home. My favorite thing about Cassimir East, which is rather unique, is that the unit faces due south. You can enjoy a steaming cup of coffee on your private balcony while watching the sunrise or the dolphins play in the surf, and you can enjoy a nice glass of wine from the deck over looking the waves while enjoying the sunset. There's a lot to discover on the Crystal Coast, but I always look forward to the slow pace, great food, and southern hospitality at its finest.'

Why they chose this property

Emerald Isle is in a convenient location, just a short drive from Raleigh, NC and easy to get to. There is a good balance of local culture and commercial development. You can't beat the slow pace and friendly atmosphere of the Crystal Coast.

I wanted to buy property in Spinnakers Reach because of it’s great reputation, always being well-maintained, colorful homes, relaxed atmosphere and just everyday happy vacationers. Emerald Isle is a nice, quiet, resort town and just a great place to be… I love watching the dolphins from the master suite every month of the year… Come experience the magic!

What makes this property unique

Cassimir East is fortunate to not only be oceanfront, but also have exclusive private beach access. My absolute favorite part is the private balcony from the master bedroom. Nothing beats leaving the door open and letting the natural sounds of the waves put you to sleep.

We have seen dolphins every month of the year. It just does not get any better than waking up in the morning and gleefully seeing the dolphins, or even sometimes a pod of whales, from the master balcony.

Walking the beach is a favorite! Almost 6 miles round-trip to the fishing pier…it is so enjoyable to walk to the pier, sit on the pier and read a book and/or watch the fisherman. Walking to the right is about a mile down and a mile back to the Point.
