House, first row to the sea, with 3 newly renovated apartments near the sea and the beach. With its location, it is an idyllic place for your vacation with sea view, Trogir and Split and is equipped with everything to make your vacation unforgettable. There is a private car park for all guests. The house is near the Pantan Natural Park and you can enjoy almost 200 species of birds throughout the day. There is a bar on the beach where you can refresh yourself during the day with naturally sealed juices, ice cream and various snacks. The beach is very suitable for carers with children because it is sandy, the sea is not deep and it has a natural pine forest. Surf kitting is possible for sports adventurers. It is about a 20 minute walk from the city center. There is a restaurant and a bakery near the house. After 1.5 km you will reach Lidl and Kaufland. The airport is 4 km away.
