Deluxe 3 bedrooom apartment with hot tub on terrace.All rooms are air-conditioned. Apartment is in the center of Trogir (part of town on Ciovo Island) at about 900m away of old part of town, situated in a private villa on the hill with a magnificent view.
New fully equipped and modern apartment, located only 900 meters from the city center. The apartment has three bedrooms, two with a large double bed and one with quen size bed , two bathrooms, kitchen and living room . The apartment has a large sunny terrace with garden furniture and a private JACUZZI .

The green and fish market, supermarket and the nearest restaurants can be found at a distance of 900 meters.
The Main Bus Station is 1200 meters from the property and Split Airport is 5km away.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Miranda was a fantastic host. Very quick to respond when messaged and very helpful. The apartment is in mint condition, so clean and modern. It is very spacious!The view from the balcony (including from the hot tub!) is amazing!The walk up to the unit from the waterfront is a bit of a climb but it is fairly short so we didn’t mind it at all. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Trogir!

Lovely apartment in walking distance to Trogir

The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Miranda was fabulously helpful both in advance of our stay and while we were there. One point to note, though, the location is up quite a steep hill so wouldn’t suit someone with mobility problems.

Fabulous apartment. No complaints. Do think the steepness of the walk up the hill, specifically the last 5 mins needed a health warning for seniors with health problems or families with strollers.

We have just had a fabulous holiday in this lovely apartment. The apartment is very modern, exceptionally clean and is very well equipped. The air conditioning in each room was brilliant, especially on the hot days! We enjoyed spending time in the jacuzzi and on the balcony. The views down to the marina and old town are amazing. This is the first holiday we have had where we didn’t hire a car. It wasn’t needed. Most things are accessible by foot. The hill up to the apartment is steep, but we soon got used to that. Trogir is a lovely town. It is also well placed for getting to Split and going on various trips/activities. There’s lots to do. It was very busy in the old town, but that is to be expected in August! Finally, Miranda is the perfect host. We had excellent communication with her prior to our arrival, and she was available when needed whilst we there, offering advice and tips. Thank you to Miranda and her husband for being so hospitable and making our holiday feel like home from home.

Lovely apartment with fantastic view

The owner, Miranda, personally welcomed us (carried luggage too!) and explained things. We greatly appreciated being able to check in early. The apartment is large and very comfortable. There are separate AC units in thebedrooms and the kitchen/living rm area. It was too warm during our stay for us to use the hot tub, but we found the front deck was lovely for morning and evening llingering and has a retractable roof for shade when needed. As others have mentioned, the walk to the apartment is uphill and steep the last block or so, but worth it for the view and quiet neighborhood. Our group of 4 fit 70 year olds and found it quite doable. Miranda arranged a very reasonably priced van to take us to the airport at 5am and even saw us off and again helped with luggage. She is a very friendly, kind owner interested in her guests enjoying their stay.

Wir haben die zeit dort sehr genossen die Vermieterin ist sehr nett , alles sehr sauber , ruig und der Ausblick ist natürlich wunderschön vorallem nacht mit den Lichtern , der Whirpool war natürlich für alle ein Highlight nur aollte man gut zur fuß sein da es sehr weit oben ist , ansonten ein toller Urlaub dort

Sehr schöne Wohnung... nur ein wenig Steil

Die Wohnung war in einem sehr guten Zustand! Eine der besten Wohnungen die ich je gebucht habe. Alles sauber vorhanden und funktionsfähig. Jeder Bereich hatte eine eigene Klimaanlage und sie waren top gewatet. Problem waren leider die letzten 500m von der Altstadt zur Wohnung. Mit kinderwagen, alten Menschen nicht gut geignet und gefährlich. Aussicht war phänomenal und fie Entfernungsangaben hsben alle gestimmt.

What a View!

This property provides the most amazing views of trogir and the coastline both day and night. Truly magical to be sat on the magnificent patio eating breakfast or enjoying an evening glass of wine whilst watching the planes fly by or the sun set. The apartment is faultless. Fully modern and functional with plenty of space for a family of five including air conditioning in every room, electric blinds and the most amazing fridge with cold water & ice on tap. Miranda was an amazing hostess, always in communication, providing assistance with travel and recommendations for beaches, restaurants etc. we even had fresh vegetables from the garden! Would recommend both Miranda and the apartment to anyone visiting the Split area of Croatia. We will certainly look to return in the future!

**Wunderbar**

Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Bei der ankuft hatten wir Obst aus dem eigenen Garten aif dem Tisch stehen. Check-in funktionierte sehr zügig und reibungslos. Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und absolut sauber. Die Einrichtung war hell und modern. Von der Terrasse aus hatten wir einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf die Altstadt und der Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse war ein Highlight. Beim Weg aus der Altstadt, zurück zum Apartment, muss man nur gut zu Fuß sein. Wir können das Apartment absolut weiter empfehlen.

Traumhaftes Appartement mit traumhaften Blick!

In diesem Appartement hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Der Empfang von Miranda war äußerst freundlich. Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut. Ein bisschen abseits vom Massentourismus mit einem super Blick über die Altstadt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Appartement gerne weiter!

Wunderschönes Apartment

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in ein tolles, neues Apartment in Trogir. Das Apartment ist wie neu, richtig hübsch eingerichtet und auch die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir dachten eigentlich das es sich um ein "Penthouse" handelt, war dann im erhöhten EG, der Blick und die Terrasse sind aber super schön. Mirinda ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, vollkommen unkompliziert wegen der Uhrzeit der Übergabe / Anreise und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Eine Flasche Wein gab es auch noch dazu. Zwei kleine minus Punkte gibt es: das Apartment ist doch etwas höher am Berg gelegen und mit 1,4 km zur Trogir City doch ein intensiver abendlicher Spaziergang zum Abendessen und wieder zurück. Da ganz Trogir in der Flugschneisse liegt, ist auch davon das Apartment nicht verschont, es gibt aber Nachts keine Flieger. Das Apartment hat ein Parkplatz. VIELEN DANK für die schöne Woche, das Apartment ist absolut empfehlenswert (wenn man gut zu Fuß ist)

Tolles Apartment mit Blick auf Trogir

Das Apartment war einmalig, es ist super modern eingerichtet, die Küche ist ein Traum, toll ausgestattet, mit einem mega Kühlschrank, alle Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Vom Wohnzimmer, Küche und Terrasse hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf Trogir. Das Apartment liegt auf dem Hügel. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett, beantworten alle Fragen sofort und helfen einem wo es nur geht. Beide waren sehr sehr nett. Der whirlpool war natürlich das Highlight unseres Apartments. Ganz ganz toll. Einen Parkplatz für das Auto gab es auch. Vielen Dank nochmal a die Gastgeber für diesen tollen Urlaub. Britta und Familie

Tolles, geräumiges, modernes und neu renoviertes Apartment.

Sehr nette Vermieterin. Immer fröhlich und zuvorkommend. Hat uns mit selbs angebautem Gemüse vewöhnt. Apartment liess keine Wünsche offen. Moderne Ausstattung, grosses, neues Badezimmer. Grosse Terrasse. Toller Blick auf Trogir. Insbesondere abends. Kinder haben den Jacuzzi abends gerne genutzt und genossen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

10 minutes by car from Split airport, many taxis available and cheap to travel in the area.
Trogir is a town situated on the Kastela Bay coast between the island of Ciovo and the mainland. This is a historic town in the truest sense of the word. Rich in cultural and historical monuments, authentic architecture and beautiful streets are the reason it is called "Little Venice" and added to the UNESCO list of world heritage.

What makes this property unique

The view on Trogir from the terrace or from living room is amazing. Sitting in the hot tub and looking down to the is realy relaxing. The apartment has everything you need, it is fully equiped, air condition in every room, a great fridge with ice cube maker, two wonderful bathrooms, tv in every room, ...there is really nothing you‘ll miss. If you miss something, call us .
The way back from beach or city to the apartment is a bit steep on the last meters, but the great view does compensate this I promise.
