One thing to note though is that you’ll be greeted daily by the next door neighbors - so get ready to smile and wave! By the way, Storm Nicholas knocked over the neighborhood’s fishing pier in September 2021, and it’s yet to be replaced by the HomeOwners Association. Still, considering all else this waterfront vacation has to offer, who knows maybe waving at those curious neighbors won’t be so bad =)

AMAZING SEABROOK!

We had an absolutely lovely time! We loved the house, and the location is great! So many things close to this area! Perfect for a family vacation/ reunion!! Would definitely book again!

Best vacation ever!

Summertime was the best rental home we have ever had! The views over the bay are amazing! The house was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay fantastic! Quick pleasant stay

We stayed here while our house interior was being painted, we enjoyed it very much, close to one of our favorite restaurants Merlion too! Beautiful views & alot of space we enjoyed grilling steaks on the patio overlooking the beautiful water. We had zero issues with neighbors hardly saw anyone, it was a very peaceful stay & would rebook again! Another thing we really liked is several bathrooms & lots of counter space!

Excellent Trip to the coast for our first time ever in VRBO rental!!!

This was our first time to ever do a VRBO/Air B&B rental anywhere and it was GREAT! Photos were an exact representation of the property, and all questions were very promptly answered. The home was very clean, very well lit, and we always felt safe. It's in a good area along the coast as well. Would recommend for sure!

Stunning and Comfortable Property

From the moment you walk in, the views are spectacular. We enjoyed beautiful sunrise in the mornings. Deck furniture was so comfortable, as was all the furniture in the house. House is well appointed, classy and comfortable. Great location to enjoy Kemah waterfront. The hot tub was a super Plus for the cool evenings. Communication with managers was excellent. Highly recommend

Clean and comfortable

We had a great time. The home is located in a great non touristy area. It is quiet, clean, and comfortable. There was a bag with extra supplies as well as spices and coffee in the pantry. A bonus for me was the wooded trail in walking distance from the home. I was able to run every morning! I would stay here again!!!

Beautiful experience

Everything was great. Beautiful experience, the only sad part was that we tried to use the smoker and it was out of gas at the first 10 minutes leaving the meal half-cooked. :( Thanks for everything, definitely going to recommend!
