With sophisticated dining, shopping, and entertainment experiences just a blocks away, Adeline offers a convenient , big-city lifestyle in the center of diverse culture and modern comfort. We’re right next to the Valley Metro light rail system, making it easy for residents to explore the rest of the Valley.
Getting Around:
Adeline offers excellent walkability with shops, dining, and entertainment just steps away. Fry’s Food & Drug, Chase Field, and the Phoenix Symphony are all within a short walk. The property is next to the Valley Metro Light Rail, providing easy access throughout Phoenix and the surrounding Valley. Taxis, rideshares, and scooter rentals are also readily available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

This was a BEAUTIFUL apartment. The pictures did not do it justice. It kind of sucked we had to pay 25 per night for valet, but the area is 10/10. Walking distance from everything. The Adeline apartment staff is wonderful and the amenities are so clean! Would stay here again

We understand the valet fee was frustrating; parking in the area can be expensive, and we try to make that clear in the listing. Happy to hear the Adeline staff and amenities were clean and helpful — we'd be pleased to host you again.
Had previous issue with another VRBO stay. Had them cancel on me at the last minute. VRBO helped me find a new place that I had requests to have. This place was one of few choices that were available. Glad it was close to a grocery store, restaurants, and freeway. My only hassle was the advanced communication. Wished they would have had more detailed instructions for building security, parking, and internal building uses such as elevator and room code. Noticed the walls did not have insulation. Could hear the pipes rattle in the unit when a neighbor above used their bathroom utilities. Needed to address the valet service would be part of the rent Al service too. Not additional. Plus coffee maker was broken. Reported it the same day I found out. The valet service needs to be more organized when there are events that restrict vehicle access. A few of us who are “rentals” did not get advanced notice about fire alarm testing or event that would was to difficulties getting back to location. Wished the room had a hand towel along with body towel and wash clothes. Other than that the room was clean.
