The kitchenette is equipped with useful appliances such as oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher toaster and microwave. The living room will take you to the equipped with patio furniture terrace, where you can smoke and barbecue, among other things. Entertainment equipment includes a CD player, satellite TV, radio, DVD player and flatscreen TV. In the apartment you will also find a vacuum cleaner, with which you can keep the property clean. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. In the living area, the sofa can be pulled out, which creates additional sleeping space. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, hair dryer and towel dryer. Specials This senior-friendly, handicapped and allergy-friendly apartment is located very close to the beach and is perfect for holidays on the Baltic Sea. For small guests a travel cot is included. If necessary, the highchair can be used. The wagon can also be used free of charge. Up to 2 pets can be brought for a fee (plus 10 € / Ov per pet). Bicycles In the underground garage there are 2 general storage rooms. Here you can accommodate your borrowed or brought bicycles & Co. Bicycles you can in the village z. For example, you can borrow 15b from our co-partner "way2bike" in Ostseeallee. The fees depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental offers many more things around the bike, but also carts and much more. You are also welcome to use the pick-up and delivery service from / to the holiday property. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!Information about the bikes & carts Dear guests, please understand that we have no liability for the provided carts (in the apartment own cellar) Cost of upcoming repairs or Costs for borrowing replacement devices can take over, if the devices are defective, you do not agree or not available at the moment. The wagon is offered as a bonus and if something breaks, we need at least a week to fix the damage or even to get a replacement. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person 15,00 € per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can view the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
