The building features a bicycle storage room, an lift, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Our reception desk at the Seestern Residence is about one kilometre from your holiday rental. There, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cots, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and children’s toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request. This approximately 51 m² non-smoking apartment on the 1st floor is very well equipped to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Centrally located, just about 70 m from the beach access. Enjoy the fresh air on the spacious southwest-facing balcony, complete with balcony furniture. The living room, featuring laminate flooring, an integrated kitchenette (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, ceramic cooktop with oven), and a separate modern seating area, invites you to relax. The living area features a cosy seating area with a pull-out bed and a comfortable TV and reading chair; free Wi-Fi is available.
