Enjoy all that lake life has to offer with amenities like restaurants, shopping, and leisure activities nearby. Listen to the Loons and Peepers while relaxing on the deck near the fire. Head to town for dinner and a movie or to check out the local night life/leisure activities. Suits all purposes. The cottage sits up on a little hill. There is a ramp/stairway down to the water so guests can enjoy the water/kayaks etc. *Hot Tub is not functional at this time. *We unexpectedly needed to take down the deck. There is a small patio for outdoor seating.

The places is comfortable and was well stocked with spices and anything else you need in the kitchen. The view was gorgeous and it was on a nice quiet street.
We had a great stay. The loons on the pond and bald eagles were a great site while out kayaking. The house had everything we needed. Short drives for necessities but still a quiet place to be. Owner was very responsive.
This place was an amazing spot to rest, and take in great views. The use of the kayaks was a huge bonus. It was clean, cozy, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and there were bald eagles and loons to see. Ben was immediately responsive to any and all of my questions. I felt very supported during my stay.

We absolutely loved the location of the cottage with fantastic views of the lake from almost every room. It was quiet and we felt safe there. The cottage was nicely decorated and looks to have been updated recently. Gaining access was very easy and customized to us. The owner, Ben, was very responsive to our needs. Would stay there again and highly recommend it!

My husband and I really enjoyed this property. The house was small and cozy and had all the amenities we needed for our week in Maine. We really liked sitting out on the porch listening to all the birds in the pond. We hope to come back one day and would love to stay here again.
We had a great stay, house was as described. Enjoyed outside on the deck, and everything we needed was provided during our time there.
Being from Louisiana, August is HOT during the summer. We loved being on the lake!
The house was great, very clean and very accommodating with lots of supplies that you may need the outside could use a little TLC but nothing major our only complaint and it’s just barely a complaint is that it didn’t have any of the regular TV stations like ABC NBC so one we were out and about hiking all day and we are baseball fans and wanted to come home and watch the playoffs but couldn’t, but that was minor all in all. It was a positive experience !
I loved the secluded feel of the cottage! Being able to sit on the deck and look out to the lake was my favorite part about the property. Our dog Stella really enjoyed jumping off the dock into the lake. This cottage was very comfortable and I will absolutely be back!

The directions and entry process were easy to follow and the cute place was very clean for our weekend. We went to Bar Harbor tor the day and went to see James Taylor at the Maine Savings Amphitheater. We enjoyed the short commute home and the welcoming sound of the loons on the pond!

So glad you enjoyed the cottage. Please come again!:)
My husband and i had a nice little getaway. The place was clean, quiet with breathtaking views to calm any nerves. We enjoyed ourselves. We were close to anywhere we wanted to go while being off the beaten path. Living in the city this was a nice break from the hustle and bustle.
The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. The view of the lake was wonderful morning, noon and night. We appreciated the available kayaks. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. The only negative comment we have is that the water pressure in the bathroom was very low, especially in the shower. We will stay here agaIn!
Great location for easy drives to all of the sights in Maine. Bangor, Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Moosehead Lake and even a nice short drive to St Andrews New Brunswick. It is on a pond with great views but the steps to get to are steep and sloping. Can take a walk on the quiet dead end road. Cabin was very clean with everything you would need. Easy communication with the owners. Would definitely stay again.
Very Cute, nice location We would stay there again.
We Would stay there again. Just need to address a couple of issues. The coffee maker did not work and needed a box of tissue. Can't fly with things like that.

Thank you for staying and being great guests. We'd welcome you back anytime. The tissues are a great suggestion. We'll start providing them. This is the first time an issue with the coffee maker has come up. We will take care of that immediately! Thanks for bringing it up so the next guests don't have the same problem.
