The cottage Anne in Oberkail / Eifel is a 200 year old farmhouse, which has been completely renovated.
The house is suitable for families and groups up to 7 people due to the size (7 ZKB / 140 sqm).
Centrally located in the triangle Bitburg-Daun-Wittlich one reaches many play, sport, leisure and cultural interesting places in only few autominutes (eg. Eifelpark Gondorf, Bitburg, Wittlich, Vulkanmaare, Eifelsteig, Kylltal / Mosel-Maare cycle path, etc).

3 large bedrooms with double beds (1.80 x 2. 00) and 1 single room offer enough space for each guest. The single room is offered with 1 double room as a "family room". A connecting door separates the master bedroom from the nursery.
The large sun terrace offers sunbathing and barbecue facilities.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house for free. In the living room is a TV flat screen and a music system.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels abound.

Our Anne cottage has a very well equipped kitchen with all appliances and necessary household utensils. The appliances include a Jumbo refrigerator, a separate freezer, a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
I am personally on site at the arrival and departure. Desires and special needs, which arise during the stay, are gladly fulfilled by me or a commissioned person as far as possible.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Schönes renoviertes, altes Haus in einem ruhigen Ort. Sehr sympathische Vermieter. Kontakt mit Vermietern war trotz Corona sehr gut, auch schon im Vorfeld. Check in ein wenig schwierig, da in dem Ort nicht alle Mobilfunknetze unterstützt werden.

Heerlijk en zeer compleet huis

Wat een heerlijk huis om met een gezin in te verblijven. Oberkail zelf heeft weinig te bieden, maar in de nabije omgeving is alles voorhanden. Er is informatie in het huis aanwezig waar je boodschappen kunt halen, maar ook voor dagjes uit is er uitgebreide informatie aanwezig. Het huis was heerlijk schoon. Bedden waren opgemaakt. Qua inrichting is het helemaal compleet. Het ontbreekt je aan niets. De eigenaren Anna en Peter zijn zeer vriendelijk en erg flexibel. De buurvrouw tegenover het huisje verkoopt heerlijke honing! Echt een heerlijke vakantie.

Aufenthalt Pfingsten 2019 7 Personen

Superschönes, liebevoll renoviertes und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes 200 Jahres altes Häuschen. Wir waren sehr angetan von unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Es fehlte an nichts, man muss also bei Anreise nicht selbst seinen gesamten Hausstand mitnehmen 🙂Ausreichend Platz für 7 Personen.Alles war piecksauber.Kontakt zu den Vermietern war jederzeit supernett, alle Nachrichten wurden sehr zeitnah beantwortet.Wir sind aufgrund der Verkehrslage leider nicht alle gleichzeitig eingetroffen.Mein Freund wurde aber sehr freundlich von der Familie und den Nachbarn empfangen. Alles völlig unkompliziert.Besonderes Danke auch nochmal an unsere Nachbarn, wir haben uns nicht so ganz an die Nachtruhe ab 22 Uhr gehalten, sondern bis in die frühen Morgenstunden auf der schönen Terrasse gesessen..Es hat sich niemand beschwert.🙃 Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nochmals liebe Grüße an Anne und Peter.Es war schön bei Euch.

Why they chose this property

The object is my childhood home and was built 200 years ago. After the death of my parents, we decided to use the house as a holiday home and completely renovated it from autumn 2017 to summer 2018.

What makes this property unique

The house is very spacious, has 7 ZKB and a total area of ​​about 140 square meters. All floors are made of stone, wood or laminate. On carpet was deliberately omitted, to provide allergy sufferers a pleasant atmosphere.
The wooden terrace is surrounded by a hedge and fence and allows extensive sunbathing but also common barbecues.
