Fabulous villa in a brilliant location. Loved the pool and the view from the roof. Lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance including cocktails at the hotel at the end of the road. Very easy to get Uber/Bolt into Victoria for dinner in the evening.Villa was very well appointed. Air conditioning in the bedrooms worked very well. Gardens and flowers were beautiful. We had a wonderful holiday here and would highly recommend it.

Stunning location and property

The pictures undersell this property to our surprise. We had a fantastic stay and our host Cordelia was fantastic, always taking the time to look after our every request. We will be back!!

Perfect getaway

Me and my family enjoyed the stay at house Nolan very much. The house was just perfect and in a beautiful setting. Big pool cozy atmosphere - a real getaway. There is a bit of traffic in the morning, but it didn’t bother us as we went up early to go diving. The location is not right on homeaway, as the house is next to San Laurence and about 1 km from blue hole. We will definitely be back.

Unfortunately we were not able to meet the guests Kongsted personally. But after their departure we found the house perfectly cleaned. We are happy if the guests liked it and would always be happy about another visit.

Spacious, great garden and enjoyable for cooking and dining!

Super house and garden on Gozo. Favourite things included well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill (I like and enjoy cooking so this worked well!), good spacious rooms with space to spread out or come together both inside and in different areas of the garden, and a great peaceful spot in the garden and view towards the sea. Pretty faultless really, some quirks as an older property but seems owner does a great job looking after it and takes pride in the garden. Copes with heat and keeps cool without relying on the AC. Little bit of personality and character too gave it a homely feel.Stayed for 9nights as 3 adults, recommend to any small group or family to enjoy. Location is a great spot more restful and laid back than elsewhere on Malta. Options to walk to nearby villages or countryside for leisure or some nice food so not always having to drive - all is a fairly short drive anyway.

Traumhaftes Bauernhaus mit Pool & Garten

Nach einer sehr freundlichen Begrüssung von Cordelia haben wir eine herrliche Woche in diesem liebevoll renovierten und eingerichteten Bauernhaus genossen! Der grüne Garten und Pool laden dazu ein, die Tage dort zu geniessen. Unsere Kinder waren auf jeden Fall nur schwer zu überreden, den Pool zu verlassen ... Darüber hinaus, bietet der direkte Blick auf das Meer spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge. Im Haus findet man alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht (inklusive Waschmaschine und Gasgrill). Ein Supermarkt und die Bäckerei "Angele" mit köstlichen Kuchen sind nur 5 min zu Fuss entfernt. Dank der Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke sind Ausflüge auf Gozo auch ohne Auto überhaupt kein Problem. Alles in allem können wir das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Osterurlaub auf Gozo

Das Haus wirkt von außen eher unscheinbar und ist über eine kurze nicht-asphaltierte sehr ruhige Zufahrtsstraße zu erreichen. Innen ist das Haus großzügig und war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Den Kindern hat besonders das Kinderzimmer mit Bett auf der Empore gefallen. Terrasse, Pool und Garten sind toll mit herrlichem Blick Richtung Meer. Von der Dachterrasse aus kann man den Sonnenuntergang im Meer sehen. Im April waren die Temperaturen noch nicht sehr hoch, so dass es vor allem morgens und abends im Haus sehr kühl war. Im Sommer bestimmt sehr angenehm. Unseren Kindern hat (5-9 Jahre) das Haus mit den verschiedenen Balkonen und der Dachterrasse und dem großen Garten sehr gut gefallen (auch zum Verstecken spielen und Ostereiersuchen). Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat einwandfrei funktioniert und war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Traumhaftes Landhaus mit Meerblick

Wir wurden von Familie Strauss bereits vor Reise antritt beraten, vor Ort herzlich empfangen und auch bei Fragen während des Aufenthalts liebevoll betreut. Das Objekt selbst ist eine wunderbare Kombination aus historischem Landhaus-Altbau und allem Notwendigen der Moderne im großzügigen britischen Stil. Auf zwei Etagen ist wohnen und Leben auch bei schlechteren Wetter sehr komfortabel möglich, der Grill und die beschattete Terrasse laden aber eigentlich zu einem überwiegenden Verweilen im Freien ein. Die Außenanalage ist liebevoll angelegt. Neben dem Pool haben die Eigentümer im eigentlichen Garten auch kleine "einsame" Ecken angelegt in denen man den Sonnenuntergang wunderbar genießen kann. Der Blick auf das Meer durch das vorgelagerte Tal ist malerisch und kann nur schwer auf Bildern wiedergegeben werden. Wer auf einen PKW vor Ort verzichten möchte ist auch per Bus flexibel der ca 500m vom Haus entfernt regelmäßig fährt. Für einen Leihwagen stehen Stellplätze vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Lage

Ein wirklich schönes altes Haus in super Lage. Wir konnten direkt vom Haus loswandern (mit Kindern), z. B. zum Blue Hole. Zwei kleine Supermärkte sind zu Fuss zu erreichen und die Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wichtig für Leute wie uns, die sich an den Linksverkehr erst gewöhnen müssen. Wir sind sehr gut empfangen und betreut worden. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!
