Appartement très propre et très bien situé. Quartier calme mais proche de tous commerces. Pensez à prendre les vélos ou à en louer car c'est le pays des deux roues (parking dans la résidence pratique).Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement.Nous recommandons vivement.

Das Objekt entspricht absolut den Bildern des Inserats. Die gesamte Wohnung war bei der Ankunft absolut sauber und gepflegt es fehlte an nichts. Es gibt sogar einen zusätzlichen Raum, der nicht auf den Bildern ist. Dort steht die Waschmaschine, der Kühlschrank mitsamt Gefrierteil sowie die Balkonmöbel. Dort kann man ganz gut Koffer oder so etwas lagern. Ausdrücklich positiv hervorzuheben ist der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, da man so niemals einen Parkplatz suchen muss und sich außerdem das Auto nicht so aufheizt, ein sehr angenehmer Nebeneffekt. Außerdem gibt es dort Stellplätze für die Fahrräder. Das Büro von Interhome ist vielleicht 2 km von dem Appartment entfernt, wenn überhaupt. Hier erhält man die Schlüssel und kann Fragen stellen bzw. hat bei Problemen einen Ansprechpartner. Zur Umgebung: Schräg gegenüber gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und einen guten Bäcker, 100 m weiter beginnt das Hafenbecken. Zum Strand braucht man mit dem Fahrrad keine 10 Minuten. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und können sie wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

El apartamento muy bueno y bien situado para la zona. Para mi muy estricto el sistema de recogida de llaves y salida del apartamento. Limpieza mejorable igualmente y repasos de vajilla.Para mi fue agradable la estancia. Fuego induccion.La exigencia de descongelar la nevera el día antes me parece exagerada al igual que tener que dejar las llaves antes de las 10 de la mañana. Tiene garaje lo que es una comodidad. No pude entrar por el portal, no me explicaron cómo y la llave no abría. No pregunte

Thank you for the kind words regarding your stay. Regarding the garage, guests are always welcome to ask additional questions if initial instructions were not clear. The fridge does not need to be completely defrosted, our local staff only ask that the temperature be lowered to the minimum as it usually does not have too much ice after all.

L'appartement est très bien agencé avec tout le confort. Il est bien situé : tout se fait à pied y compris la plage. Le parking souterrain est très sécurisant. L'agence Interhome est très réactive en cas de souci et le personnel est agréable. En bref, tout était parfait et nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Wunderschöne, topmoderne Ferienwohnung

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sehr gross und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die zwei Balkone waren auch super. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist auch gut. Wir empfehlen Velo zu mieten, da es an den Strand zu fuss weit ist. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen, wenn wir nach Capbreton gehen.

Angenehm große Wohnung. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Während unseres Aufenthalts sehr ruhige Mitbewohner. Großzügiger Sonnenbalkon und zweiter, kleiner Balkon, auf dem man Badesachen trocknen kann. Moderne Einrichtung. Grosses Bad. Betten etwas hart. Restaurants, Hafen, Strand, Hossegor - alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Auto steht sicher in der Garage. Straßenlärm. Besteck und Teile des Geschirrs etwas schmutzig. WLAN für 6 EUR pro Person/Tag zu teuer. Deutsch- und/oder englischsprachige Sender vermisst!

Bright and airy apartment

This new apartment was very spacious in a quiet, secure block near to Capbreton Marina and the centre of Hossegor. The furnishing was simple but perfect for a holiday let. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked well. The outside balcony easily accommodated a table for 6. The underground garage was a bonus. One of the best places to stay in the area.
