For shared use: natural state property, natural pond, swimming pool (23 x 15 m, depth 80 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 1 km, bakery 500 m, bus stop 180 m, railway station "Saint-Raphaël Valescure" 6 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 5 km. Sports harbour 4.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Nearby attractions: Saint-Raphaël 5.7 km, Cannes 40 km, Saint-Tropez 40 km, Nice 70 km, Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. Schöne Ferien....
Kleines Haus sauber. In 4 meter Entsorgungsplatz. Sehr kleine Garage. Besucherparkplatz immer Belegt. Super Pool mit Regeln nicht für Alle. Bäcker und kleines Einkaufzentrum zu Fuss.Urlaub allemal. Mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit. Nizza St.Tropez Cannes erreichbar.
