The apartment EC with 100 m² living space offers on one level space for 2-4 persons.

Wide solid wood flooring and a modern Bullerjahn. dot in the living room not only provide a cozy atmosphere in winter. In the wood kitchen stove you can prepare the world's best roast or cook on the 2-plate induction hob.
Sleeping in a solid wood four-poster bed made of historic softwood beams or on the two sofa beds "NEST" in the living room. A special highlight is the extraordinary bathroom with floor-level shower, integrated fountain and sandstone washbasin. From the living room leads directly into the small fenced garden, where you can watch the fluttering bats with a glass of wine on balmy nights.

The apartment EC can be connected to the apartment OG + DG by an internal staircase, so that larger families or friends can spend a relaxing holiday together.

Traumhaft erholsames Wochenende

Ich bin noch immer fasziniert vom Umbau dieses alten Hauses. Mit so viel Liebe wurde es restauriert und eingerichtet. Da bleibt man sehr gerne länger, aber uns taten dieses Wochenende schon so unendlich gut.

Ein Juwel!

Für baubegeisterte Menschen ist das Ickelhaus eine unendliche Fundgrube. Die Kombination modern und alt lässt keine Komfortwünsche offen - neben der Regenbrause im Bad ein etliche metertiefer Brunnen. Das sympathische Ehepaar Ulm hat sich und damit auch seinen Mietern wohl einen wirklichen Traum verwirklicht. Im Ickelhaus erlebt man entschleunigtes Wohnen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen, aber dieses Mal im Winter, um den Bullerjahn auch einmal anheizen zu können. Lucie + Rudolf
