This amazing apartment is located in central downtown Brickell, the financial district of Miami. Perfect for families, couples and business travelers 🧳. The space is ideal to work from home and enjoy the Miami lifestyle.

Brickell is located just south of downtown, 15 minutes to Miami Beach, 15 minutes to Miami airport and 10 minutes to Wynwood/midtown/edgewater area.

Two completely private and well designed bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The two bedrooms have spectacular panoramic bay and city views from the floor to ceiling windows.

The condo apartment comes with 65” smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, ice maker, fresh linens and towels, washer and dryer, ironing equipment, all with complimentary premium shampoo, shower gel, sanitizer, and others.

The sets of keys will be provided among check in. Please don’t lose the keys as this will incur a $100 replacement fee.

Parking: please ask me for the details if needed, I can register your vehicle for an extra cost.
