Loved this place! Beautiful location, very safe, rooms are spacious and well lit. Very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. Supermarket (Eroski) within a few minutes’ walk, so it was easy to cook and eat meals around the table downstairs, or on the roof deck on sunny days. Perfect for myself, my two young adult sons, and their friend to spend the Christmas holiday week together.We also loved that the house is next to the Portixol Hotel, great place for a drink, coffee and/or meal. Also tons of other great cafés and restaurants within walking distance, and it was easy to walk or take the bus into Palma city center whenever we wanted. Idyllic!

Avoid - We got burgled

The house itself was ok, some broken furniture on the balcony, however there is a security issue with this property. We were burgled on our second night. Even though it was a traumatic experience and we spent several hours in the police station, the hosts told Vrbo we made the story up. These people do not care about your well-being only your money, do not book here. We were only told after the burglary that there was an alarm system that we could use. They also tried to pretend that the downstairs windows that would no longer lock weren’t a problem, which is ridiculous and did not make us feel comfortable staying in the house.

Vivienda amplia y cercana a la playa.

Pros: Destacar la atención y lo servicial que ha sido Toni durante los días de estancia. Cons: No me gustó ruido exterior ya que la vivienda se situa en calle donde hotel y restaurantes sacan cubos de basura al exterior.

Zentrale und gute Lage

Pros: Wunderbare Dachterrasse, die wir leider wegen der doch sehr kühlen Windverhältnisse nicht benutzen konnten. Super Lage direkt neben dem Hotel Portixol. Absolut makellose Betreuung durch Toni, äusserst freundlich und hilfreich. Toni hat uns in allen Belangen rasch, unkompliziert und kompetent geholfen. Cons: Leider hat die Klimaanlage in einem der Schlafräume nicht funktioniert; die fehlende Beheizung des Raumes war bei den kühlen, winterlichen Temperaturen doch sehr unangenehm. Auch ist es schade, dass der vorhandene Safe nicht benützt werden konnte.

Härligt område

Toppenbra läge nära till centrala Palma bra kommunikationer och service. Fin takterrass tyvärr var flera möbler trasiga och det var inte rent. Vi hade några blåsiga dagar då vi inte kunde använda takterrassen. Huset blev då mörkt och utan utsikt. Trevliga värdar som var mycket hjälpsamma.
