A beautiful condo at the Royal Garden resort in Waikiki, a private large studio with renaissance flair the suite offers a full kitchen to assist in saving money whilst cooking at home.

Stunning and peaceful gardens are surrounded by the large marble adorned walls of the hotel interior. Oversized to impress and lavishly decorated the entrance ways will leave you imagining Paris or Rome while your heart enjoys Hawai'i

The suite offers a very comfortable Queen size bed and also a modern fold flat futon

Enjoy the Hawaiian tropical breeze on studio balcony, or select the super-quiet split air conditioning, the choice is always yours.

Our Suite offer FREE WiFi, private internet access with a wireless router in the condo should your prefer to connect via Ethernet.

The Wyndham Resort also offers a reasonable WiFi service in all common areas including the Lobby, garden poolside areas, Fitness Center and Laundry Center for your convenience.

The Hotel free Laundry Center is there to use during your stay - ample of both washers and dryers.

Feel free to use the hotel fitness center also, again no charge to you as one of our guests.

Our medium round dining table is ample sized for all your meals from a Continental breakfast to full romantic dinner.

Overall the kitchen is very well equipped a microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, electric tea pot, rice cooker, cutting boards, knives & knife sharpener, cooking utensils of all types, cookware & bake ware, mixing bowls, graters, salad spinner, with both elegant china & casual dishes, silverware, ample glasses and & martini shaker, dish drainers & towels, and much more!

Prefer not to cook at all during your stay? No problem plenty of local restaurants of all persuasions including of course fast food as needed - Several great delivery services on Oahu.

++ The Royal Garden at Waikiki is strictly a Non Smoking, No Animals & No Pets Building with heavy fines issued for violations.

++Smoking on the balcony/lanais is strictly against the House Rules of the building, and fines are issued directly to you.

Please note a violation of any of the 3 Strict Use Restrictions above will result in an immediate lock-out of Guests and non refundable cancellation of your booking.

An iron & full sized ironing board discretely tucked behind the full length mirror cabinet, are here as needed.

We had a great time in Waikiki. Property is conveniently located with walking or parking to lots of good food and a local park. We appreciated having a full size fridge! Hosts were super responsive to any questions and provided all bedding and towels.

This property is wonderful. The area is nearby a lot of fun stuff. The staff is AMAZING!!! Parking is a challenge. VRBOs pay big for each night onsite, but if you find a spot out front on the road and download the app you can pay by the hour. Parking along the canal is free but check the times carefully as to not get towed. Work out facilities, pool and laundry are awesome.

Everything was good but when we needed change for laundry room . The front desk refused as we were staying in private accommodation! That was a little reductlious not too mention petty. And it happened twice! I don’t think that was appropriate as it is still a Wyndham and I assume you are paying a fee.

This condo was just as expected. The building was very quiet, felt safe and was close to everything in Waikiki, but was away from crowds. The pool was warm. We did not have a car, so used the trolley. Laundry room was nice.

A very comfortable stay

The property is exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay; it was comfortable, clean, quiet, and had many useful features including access to laundry facilities. It is also well located: close to shops etc., but has the benefit of being on a quieter side-street. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Place was perfect and clean. Super easy to communicate with property manager check in check out super easy.! I was disappointed the gym didn’t open prior to 6 AM. We didn’t know parking was 50 per night. Parking was a challenge but we worked it out overall it was a great stay.!! Great location walking distance to everything. Laundry room was always really busy so don’t wait until last minute to wash clothes. Would def stay there again

This was a great spot to enjoy Paradise! Very clean, and looks just as pictured. Located in a quiet area near Fort DeRussy Park, but still close to Friday night’s fireworks and beach. Not far to shopping and restaurants. Royal Garden staff is super friendly. It was very handy to have laundry available.

Good location

Good location- a short walk to the beaches, restaurants and bus routes. The room was clean and as pictured. The issue with check- in was the door code was not updated, so we had to call to get a temporary code to get in the room, and someone arrived soon after to update the door code.

A perfect place for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Location is within walking distance of everything you need. If not, there is a bus stop a block away which opens up the rest of island. Everything was there that you need if like to do things on your own. The rest of Royal Gardens was clean and available for our use. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Perfect & Convenient

Property was good for what I needed it for, visiting my mom at Arcadia - especially for the price. The condo was convenient and within walking distance to all the places I needed to be. It had all the amenities needed for my stay. Building is an older building, but in very good condition. Would definitely stay here again! I used the valet parking for one night, the rest of the time, I Uber'd or walked.

Great unit, great building and location

We spent 9 nights in Waikiki in this unit. The unit is exactly as advertised. It is a clean, comfortable and well equipped studio. The host is responsive and friendly. It is in a quality building with fast elevators and a friendly staff. I ran daily along the canal and walked to the beach morning, noon and night (for fireworks).

Cute clean room

This was my first time staying in a VRBO property in Hawaii. Everything was seamless. Instructions were clear. The Royal Garden staff were helpful in getting checked in. Room was clean and low-key. Location was great if you want to be close to the action but separated enough. Everything in Waikiki is within walking distance. Enjoyed my stay.

Easy check-in (just don’t forget to recheck your booking confirmation for entry code). Hosts were easily reachable and any special requests were promptly addressed. Didn’t use the pool and gym, but having access to free laundry facilities (just provide your detergent) was sooo convenient. Just be prepared to wait for availability in peak times. location was central to many testauranst, beaches and mall.

perfect location for us

as it turned out, all the things we wanted to do were a short walk straight down to the beach. it put us at the north end of waikiki at the army museum t fort dubussey, happy hour mai tais and corn chowder at monkeypod, fireworks in front of barefoot bar near by the hilton hawaiian village, hula dancing at the outdoor park in front of wyland gallery. walking w a cane i was able to do it all. took "the bus" for pearl harbor and iloloni palace, diamondhead, ect. easy! fell in love with " the cream pot" for breakfast!
