We had a lovely stay. It was the perfect size and location for our many activities. Brad was exceptional in communicating all the helpful details regarding our stay. Nice amenities and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity to revisit SLC!
Cozy home! Two of our most important criteria are having a comfy bed and a nice shower. Both were met here. After full days of taking in the sights, we were happy to come home to this house. The heated toilet seat and the abundance of fluffy towels were appreciated.

We just wanted a nice and easy honeymoon getaway, and it was a fantastic choice for us. We were a little surprised it was a duplex, as it wasn't listed as such, but it was an overall good trip.
Clean house in Sugar House close to mountains and town! Easy to access and very attentive owner who was quick to respond to questions. Would stay there again when visiting Salt Lake!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and comfortable. We loved the location and proximity to downtown, Park City, and other places we wanted to check out. We appreciated that Brad checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Great house & great host - we would stay again!
We loved our stay here. Everything was clean and just as described. The hosts were very friendly accommodating and wanted to do anything they could to make our stay great. Can definitely see us staying here again. Close but not too close to U of U!
We loved our stay here! Would definitely return!
Cute house and nicely decorated. Loved sitting on the back patio with the Mountain View. Enjoyed a short walk every morning for Starbucks coffee inside the Macey’s grocery store. Thanks Bradley!
Two adults with a wedding to go to at Heritage Park -- this place was perfect. The beds super comfy, well appointed with everything we needed, very clean, and a bathroom with all the bells and whistles. We loved this place. It provided a peaceful respite for us. Thank you!
This property is well located and provides good basic needs. We stayed for 10 days and we’re very happy. The owner checked with us many times to make sure we were satisfied and to see if there’s anything they can do.

About the host
Hosted by Bradley Dillard
My wife and I love traveling, we just got back from Cabo yesterday (as I write this)! Airbnb has offered a great way for my family and I to do that and we’ve created some amazing memories. We have an 18 month old son who makes travelling a bit harder, but makes life way more fun. I'm grateful for being fortunate enough to return the favor to other travelers by offering them great places to stay and create their own memories with friends and loved ones.
Why they chose this property
The home is nestled in one of the most sought after zip codes in the entire Salt Lake valley. The city of Sugarhouse is rich with history and beautiful brick homes that will enhance your time in Salt Lake City. This home was furnished from a guests perspective, not a "budget" perspective, so the level of comfort and satisfaction exceeds other stays.
What makes this property unique
There is a newly remodeled back patio with a grill and propane fire pit that is lit up with string lights creating the perfect summer vibe!
