Sarrians is a beautiful Provencal village that offers unique touristic sites, and all the commodities you want to enjoy during your vacation. You can admire historical treasures such as a 11th century church, and a 15th and 18th century chateaux . Guided tours are regularly available. If you plan on taking advantage of the relaxed ambiance on your vacation for performing in the great kitchen, then you will appreciate Sarrians excellent bakeries, pastry and butcher shops, farmer markets and super market. A small health food and organic market is also very close by. Some of the best wineries offering complementary wine tasting are located within 5 minutes driving. Post office, banks, doctors, dentist, pharmacies, medical laboratory, and mechanical repair shops are also part of the commodities of Sarrians.

Villa “Vanesse” is a recently renovated two story house (180 square meters/1,936 square feet), located in a residential area close to the center of the village at the end of a very quiet private road. An electric gate, video/camera and alarm system secure the property.

The villa is build on a 1200 square meters (12,912 square feet) landscaped property. A variety of Provencal trees and plants such as cypresses, hazelnut tree, palm trees, olive tree, mulberry-plane trees, oleanders, and also high hedges provide the privacy and the tranquility you desire when you are on vacation. Automatic sprinklers provide regular irrigation.

The secured swimming pool which is surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers, an outdoor solar shower, and spacious tiled terraces, enjoys a very secluded setting. Adjacent is an outdoor kitchen which is directly accessible from the large utility room and the garage. The utility/laundry room is equipped with two washers, a dryer, and a two door refrigerator/freezer/ice dispenser. the terrace which is facing West is ideal for evening dinners and sunset watching next to the pool. The very comfortable outdoor dining sets accommodate up to 8 people on the front porch and on the pool terrace as well. The space can be set up with one or two more tables. A very efficient outdoor propane mosquito repellent is also available and will assure that within 4,000 square meters around the “Villa Vanesse” no mosquito will disturb your well being in the evening.
AC units are in all rooms.

First floor:
You enter the house through the south facing front porch that is also set up with an outdoor dining area for 8 to 12 people. You will enjoy the open plan kitchen/dining and living room. The lounge area is test fully furnished with inviting contemporary furniture such as: comfortable leather sofa, two large matching armchairs, book shelves, built-in closet, a wood burning contemporary fireplace, a 42”flat screen TV (satellite) and DVD. The dining area which can accommodate up to 8 guests, features a French door that leads to the front porch. This covered porch is the ideal place to have lunch or breakfast when you prefer the shade.

The “gourmet” kitchen offers a breakfast nook next to the large glass sliding door. Spacious granite counters, and a large island with an extra sink, offer the perfect space and equipment for fine cooks. Wine lovers will appreciate the glass cabinet and wine cooler while they are tasting the famous Gigondas and Chateau-neuf-du-Pape. This bright and airy space opens to the front porch facing South (dining area for 8), and to the spacious terrace facing West (other dining area for 8) which is shaded by a pergola and growing vine, and also to the pool, outdoor kitchen and secluded backyard, where the cicadas love to sing for you. Besides the basic high quality appliances the kitchen features an ice cream maker, blender, food processor, built-in garbage and recycle containers, electric garbage disposer (In Sink Erator), bread machine, and vacuum air seal machine. The stainless steel cooking ware are mostly first quality Tefal brand. Considering the space and the professional equipment, the kitchen could be suitable for cooking classes.

From the lounge area, a hallway leads to a private sleeping quarter that includes a bedroom, one full bathroom with a spa/ tub, toilet, and a spa/ shower, as well as a half bathroom. The bedroom features 2 twin beds that can be combined into a comfortable queen size bed with matress pads, two built-in closets, 2 nightstands & 2 lamps. An small bed for a child can be added to this room. It also offers a flatscreen TV.

The first floor is accessible by a wheelchair through the terrace next to the kitchen and the pool.

Second floor:
A contemporary circular staircase leads to the second floor that offers:
- an office equipped with a computer, telephone, desk with drawers, and filing cabinets.
- a master suite furnished with a queen size bed, a large built-in closet, 42” flat screen TV (satellite), chest of drawers, and book shelves. The suite also has a private and spacious bathroom with a tub and a toilet.
- a guest room with a king size bed (or 2 twins)a large closet, corner cabinet and two nightstands.
- A separate spa/ shower with toilet for the guest room.
- A separate studio apartment that includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom/toilet, washer and dryer, two twin beds that can be combined into a queen size , built in closet, 19” TV, internet access.
The rental of the studio apartment or the 4th bedroom for 2 is optional at an additional cost.

The bedrooms and studio apartment on the second floor have a large terrace accessible through French doors which offers relaxing views on the country side, famous Mont Ventoux, and the Dentelles de Montmirail. An outdoor staircase leads also to the second floor terrace , bedrooms and the studio apartment.

All the windows and most of the doors of the house are equipped with mosquito screens. Many smoke detectors provide security in the house.
