Nice, short stay

We had a great stay. Since it was around a holiday, it was very busy in the area. There was some initial confusion regarding confirmation of our stay. Really glad that was figured out before our arrival. The unit was nice, spacious, and as advertised. We didn’t get a chance to use the resort amenities as it was a short stay. However, the grounds looked nice and well kept. Would definitely stay again.

Great property and location

We had a great time during our stay at this condo. It is a timeshare location and were warned ahead of time about possibly being approached to listen to a sales pitch, but we never were. The grounds were pretty. The condo was very clean and spacious. It was an apartment version of a Hilton Garden Inn hotel room. The location was close to several restaurants and stores. We were within 15 minutes of Bush Gardens, Water Country, and Colonial Williamsburg. The only downsides were the small parking spaces, distance from the amenities, and small swimming pools. We have a full-size vehicle and parking it in the spots on property was not easy. The spots are definitely made for more compact cars. We were about a 1/2 mile from the amenities, with two kids we were driving there instead of walking, which wasn't super convenient. The swimming pools were also quite small for the size of the property. There are four pools, two for everyone outside, one for 18+ outside, and one indoors. For the number of possible guests that could be on property at one time, these are not sufficient in size. The pools were very, very crowded. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Williamsburg getaway

Owner was very responsive and property was comfortable and a good value near Williamsburg. Food options on property were limited--mainly because the pool food stand and grill both closed early and coffee place is closed.
