Villa Javor is located on the east coast of Istria, only 1 km from the sea. The villa has a breathtaking sea view and offers enough space for up to 8 people on 220m2 of living space.
The large living and dining area with the very well equipped kitchen offers everything a hobby cook needs. In the kitchen there is a magnificent old wood stove where you can prepare delicious meals. The whole interior is equipped with lots of wood and a warm ambience. In the living room there is also a fireplace that promises beautiful romantic hours and a lot of Istrian flair awaits you.
The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms offer great comfort, 3 bedrooms are equipped with massive double beds (180x200). One room has 2 single beds. The 4 bathrooms offer enough privacy for every single guest. From some rooms you will be delighted by the breathtaking sea view.
On the upper floor of the villa, the additional kitchen also offers the possibility to supply oneself separately or to enjoy privacy with 2 families.
The 220m2 villa stands on the 800m2 property, which conveys a beautiful Mediterranean flair with its numerous olive trees. The villa has a beautiful sea view and overlooks the island of Cres. From the living/dining area you can go directly to the covered terrace to enjoy breakfast there. The large pool area with the 32sqm pool offers a real refreshment on hot summer days. The pool can be heated upon request and at an additional cost.
The traditional outdoor kitchen invites you to grill and enjoy. The 800 square meter property offers plenty of space to relax with numerous olive trees and the beautiful large pool area. There is space for children to play in the garden.
Internet TV and W-LAN network are of course available.
The sea is only 1 km away. You can walk directly from the house along a gravel path to a beautiful, small bay (takes about 15 minutes). If you want it easier, you can drive to various secluded bays in just 5 minutes, as well as the well-known Duga Uvala.
Pula is only 20 minutes away.

Schöne Zeit in Istrien
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Javor. Wir konnten bereits früher in der Unterkunft einchecken. Familie Javor hat uns herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Villa, mit
2 Küchen und Outdoor Grillplatz mit Sitzgelegenheit, sehr freundliche Gastgeber und schöne Bucht in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.Grosser Pool und Liegen vorhanden. Gemütliche Terrasse zum sitzen.
War alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Top ausgestattete Villa mit Wohlfühlfaktor!!
Wir waren als Familie (3 Generationen) in der Villa Javor und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefüllt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Sabiha Javor empfangen. Die Villa hat einfach Alles an Ausstattung und es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Das Haus liegt abgelegen und schön ruhig. Zum Strand könnte man laufen, man fährt jedoch besser mit dem Auto zu nahegelegenen Stränden in 5-10 Minuten. Sogar ein gutes Restaurant gibt es in der Nähe beim kleinen Hafen. Wir können die Villa Javor sehr empfehlen!!

Die Eigentümer sind sehr Gastfreundlich. Das Haus selbst ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Die Strände in der Nähe sind wenig besucht und das Meer sehr schön. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub genießen möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Großzügig, modern und stilvoll. Platz für alle gemeinsam und auch Ruhe für einen allein. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht oder gebrauchen könnte. Toller Pool und tolle Außenküche.
