Rest, relax, and enjoy time with friends and family in our 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom home with an open kitchen & living room. This is a great location in Lubbock. Walking distance to Texas Tech and a few blocks from the shops in Tech Terrace make this the perfect spot for any trip to town. This beautiful home features a luxurious king master suite, a spacious king in the 2nd bedroom, and a comfortable queen in the 3rd bedroom. Each room is equipped with a smart tv, Hulu Live & fast WiFi!

This home was remodeled to provide the perfect amenities so that your stay will be amazing! Our goal was to make this home feel like an upscale hotel with the comforts of home. Each bedroom features clean and comfortable beds with 5 star linens, comfortable seating, closet space, a luggage rack, and a large smart tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your guest. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open, making for a spacious and comfortable area to relax and entertain.

Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.

You will experience the fastest internet available making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows.

The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board.

The property is professionally cleaned, making it not only fresh and inviting, but COVID safe. You can book with confidence.

This property is next door to the Heart of Tech Terrace, which is a beautiful 3/2. Message me about booking both homes together.

Tech Terrace is a trendy neighborhood that's within walking distance to the south side of Texas Tech. Many of the homes have been or are going through extensive remodels to meet the demand for professionals, professors, and students who desire to live near campus.

One of the neighborhood parks is just down the block from our house. The park has a walking track along with tennis courts.

Loved this coastal retreat in Lubbock. It was comfortable and clean and perfect for our stay. Very close to campus, parks, grocery and coffee shops in Tech Terrace. Will come again.

This is a great little 3/2 property. Very clean & cozy and very functional. Quite neighborhood within a 10-minute walk to Texas Tech or 2-minute drive. The listing pictures are very accurate. Very quick & easy communication with the Host. The kids loved it and we all enjoyed the beach vibe & theme inside the house. Highly recommend!
