The cosy living room has a large television and there is an additional dining room next to the picturesque kitchen. On the first floor there is a lovely terrace with a rest area, a cosy place to enjoy the sun.

One of the bathrooms can only be accessed from the courtyard.

Lovely stay at the oldtown of Alcudia

We had a really love stay and the location was perfect. Parking was very easy to find few minutes away and only 5 minutes by car to the main part of Alcudia. It was also very well equipped for anyone travelling with a young child with both a travel cot and highchair provided. Also nice to find an umbrella we could use on the beach.

Full of character, amazing walking out into an historic location. Kids felt like royalty walking out into the people admiring the place. Location is perfect for those looking for more than a beach holiday Old town a must to explore, restaurants superb and good value. Local market on Sunday and Tuesday a must to visits Beach 20-25min away…

Best location in Alcudia!

This was such a fantastic vacation home! You could feel the history in the walls and it was so cool staying somewhere that has been around for hundreds of years! The location was perfection and the process of getting in and out was as easy as could be. The ants. I totally understand that ants can be impossible to get rid of, but the sheer amount of them in the bathrooms and bedrooms upon arrival was a bit alarming.

Die Lage ist top! Mitten in der idyllischen Altstadt von Alcudia gelegen, dennoch abends sehr ruhig und somit für Familien mit kleinen Kindern optimal. Der Strand ist zu Fuß mit ca. 20 Minuten Weg schnell erreicht.

Wir waren mit unseren Töchtern (12/14 Jahre) in Alcúdia. Perfekte Lage um Abends in die Altstadt zu gehen / Alcúdia hat viele Events geboten. Das Haus war sehr liebevoll gestaltet - bei Ankunft perfekt vorbereitet. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr professionell. Wir Warenlager zufrieden und können das Haus empfehlen. Das viel zitierte Internet war für mich kein Problem- eher für meine Töchter. Ein Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse wäre toll.

Tolle Unterkunft für Familien in wundervoller Lage

Die Lage in der malerischen Stadt von Alcudia ist toll. Nachts ist es ruhig, in der Wohnung fehlt es einem an nichts der Strand ist im gut 20 Minuten zu Fuß auch schnell erreicht. Das WLAN/Internet ist untauglich uns sollte funktionieren.

Spacious house in great location

No fault with the accommodation at all, which was very clean and brilliantly located in the old town of Alcudia. However, some of the photos are misleading as dining chairs were different and very uncomfortable, there were no placemats or coasters at all for the table. Also no chopping boards, despite being asked in the notes to not cut things up on work surfaces! Not even a tablet for the dishwasher. On the terrace, no cushions for any of the furniture. These things make the difference between an excellent stay and a slightly disappointing one. Needs addressing.
