A well-located house close to everything with a lawn, trees as well as an area with sun loungers where one can enjoy sunbathing.



Villa El Lago has a very bright dining room with access to the terrace, free WiFi, satellite TV and extremely comfortable sofas. There is also air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom.



The independent kitchen with a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare your most delicious dishes.

Ficus has 2 bathrooms, one of which has a shower and the other a bathtub.



A perfect little centrally located house for sun and beach lovers. (This property does not have a swimming pool)

Good location and Villa

The villa is spacious, clean and had all the required facilities, it’s in a lovely location on the lake and near the local bars and supermarkets plus close the the bus stops into Alcudia port and old town.

Huset er bare for dårligt for denne årstid og billeder lever ikke op til det man får.. Huset er for koldt, med den vind, som der er på denne årstid/utætte vinduer, ingen dyner, lugt sener fra kloak og ejenen måtte vide det, da der var automatisk duftspreder

Für den Preis leider nicht genug

Insgesamt handelt es sich bei diesem Ferienhaus um eine solide Anlage, die aber für unser Dafürhalten ihren Preis nicht rechtfertigen kann. Sowohl Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Einrichtung und der allgemeine Zustand entsprachen nicht dem, was wir uns für den Preis von über 2000€ für die Woche versprochen hatten. Es gab den einen oder anderen Mangel, den die Agentur zwar beheben wollte, die Kommunikation aber teilweise unklar war. Wir hatten dennoch einen schönen Urlaub, jedoch würde ich dieses ferienhaus definitiv nicht nochmal buchen

deçu par l'absence de contact et le rapport qualité prix

la villa est conforme à la description , mais 2 points négatifs: il n'est pas clair que l'electricité est à payer en plus ! (je n'avais jamais vu ça) aucun contact avec le loueur Mallorca Villa selection: on arrive avec une boite à clé et aucun contact avec personne. des indications écrites dans la villa et basta. pas contre très réactifs par what's app. donc ne pas chercher à avoir un contact humain...

Top ausgestattete Finca in ruhiger Lage

Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub! In der Finca ist alles zu finden, was man benötigt. Wir haben sogar einen Abend gegrillt. Der Pool ist herrlich, wenn man vom Strand kommt und den schattigen Garten genießt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnte man bemängeln, muss man aber nicht. Für spanische Verhältnisse ist die Finca top!

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und hat alles was man braucht. Der Poll war leider nicht sehr sauber und lud nicht zum baden ein. Auch dürfte der eine oder andere Stuhl im Aussenbereich ersetzt werden.

Skønt hus, som ligger meget centralt - men samtidig tilbagetrukket fra Hovedgaden. Fantastisk vue ud over søen - og kort gåtur til den lækre sandstrand. Dette toppet op med egen pool

Alcudia Haus am See

Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Lage und freier Rundum-Blick auf den See sind herrlich. Preis- Leistungsverhältniss passt. Super war die Küchenaustattung mit richtig großem Kühlschrank und allen Geräten.

Tolle Finca mit schönem Ausblick.

Die Finca ist sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Der Garten bietet einen tollen Ausblick und einen großen Pool mit sechs liegen. Auch unsere Ankunft nach 16Uhr war kein Problem. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.
