The holiday chalet is situated on beautiful, enclosed grounds in a quiet location, only a few steps to the beach, in the center of Cap Ferret. In the middle of this tastefully decorated house is the living room with sofa, dining area Internet and TV. The fully equipped subsequent kitchen has an exit to the beautiful, sheltered terrace. A hallway leads to a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 1 single bed, a bathroom and toilet. On the other side of the living room there is a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and a garden place with outdoor shower. The distance to the ocean is about 200 m, the distance to shops, restaurants and the market is about 500m, the distance to the bay beache is 800 m.
