Our apartment located directly on the beach offers you the comfort and generosity you expect.

It has a size of 47 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. The combined living / sleeping area is bright and modern and just renovated. The separate kitchenette is well-equipped with microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The modern bathroom offers next to toilet and large sink, a bathtub with shower facilities, plenty of storage space, and a hairdryer and make-up mirror.

From the south balcony of the apartment you can enjoy the sun all day long.

The in-house sauna is located in the communal cellar and can be used with a coin device. Your car can be parked free of charge in the underground car park.

The long sandy beach with promenade starts directly (40m) on the doorstep. Kilometers of hiking and biking trails invite you to extensive tours. At the foothills of the Kiel Fjord lies the idyllic village of Stein. On the long sandy beach you can romp around in the water and enjoy beach life in the beach chair. Also a proven dog beach is available for your four-legged friends. On the kilometer-long dyke it is ideal for hiking, cycling and skating.

At the Steiner Bäcker there is breakfast and coffee and cake, in good weather in the beach chair in the garden or fresh bread and Demeter bread for breakfast in the apartment.
Just around the corner there are also smoked fish.

In summer, events invite you to a happy time together for the whole family. The surf school and a pedal boat rental are waiting in front of the door.

So, all in all, a place to unwind ......

The beautiful resort of Laboe is only 4 km away. The state capital Kiel can be reached in about 30 minutes. There you will find all the possibilities of leisure activities, shopping and cultural facilities.

insgesamt waren wir mit der sehr geräumigen Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Der Empfang der öffentlich rechtlichen Sender war zunächst nicht möglich. Die jeweiligen Vormieter hatten die Sender total verstellt. Das Problem wurde jedoch dann auch sofort von Herrn Grimm behoben. Vielen Dank nochmals. Weniger schön war jedoch, dass wir für den Empfang sowie für die Abgabe des App.-Schlüssels ingesamt 40 km zurücklegen mußten, was sehr Zeit in Absprucj genommen hat. Auch die Beschriftung des Schlüssels mit der Nr. 101 (was die Nummer auch immer bedeuten sollte) war sehr irreführend. Warum beschildert man den Schlüssel nicht mit der eigentlich Nr. 209.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß ,mit einer kleinen Küche . Doppelbett mit im Raum ,aber mit einem Sichtschutz abgegrenzt. Verdunklungsjalousien sind vorhanden. Die Lage war schön. Viele große Fähren und Schiffe waren zu sehen und Kitesurfer direkt am Strand mit kostenlosen Strandkörben und Getränken und frischen Kuchen und anderen Sitzmöglichkeiten wurden geboten.

Urlaub an der Ostsee

Das Zimmer ist sehr freundlich eingerichtet, alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Die Schlüsselübernahme finde ich sehr unpraktisch, zumal an der Wohnanlage Schlüsseltresore vorhanden sind. Wir sind gute 20 min zur Touristinformation gefahren nach Schönberger Strand, um dann dort an einem Schlüsseltresor den Schlüssel abzuholen und auch wieder am Abreisetag bis 10.00 Uhr hinzubringen. Ohne Auto hätte das gar nicht funktioniert, da die Busse nur selten fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es nicht im Ort, wir hatten alles mit. Es gab einen guten Fischstand und ein Cafe mit begrenzten Öffnungszeiten. Auch die Nachbarorte sind nicht üppig ausgestattet. Der Edeka am Schönberger Strand hat im Winter geschlossen. Für Leute, die ohne Verpflegung anreisen und auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen sind, ist das kein Kinderspiel, da wir auch am 29.12. angereist sind und über den Jahreswechsel da waren. Dir Sauna ist schön, vielleicht könnte eine Parkuhr oder ähnliches an der Tür angebracht werden, damit man nicht laufend runterläuft, ob die Sauna jetzt frei ist, sondern weiß, wie lange der Vorgänger sauniert. Die Sauna ist immer für eine Familie.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit super Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, vorallem die Lage direkt am Strand war einfach nur perfekt. Die FeWo war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. In der Küche fehlt lediglich ein Backofen, ein kleiner für Brötchen aufbacken würde schon reichen. Was war negativ: - Das Bett, die Matratzen waren für unsere Verhältnisse viel zu weich und damit leider nicht erholsam - Die Schlüsselübergabe, man muss in den nächsten Ort fahren um den schlüssel zu holen und abzugeben, das sind insgesamt knapp 60km und 1h fahrerei

Kurz Urlaub

Mir hat es in diesem Appartement (Seestern) Nr. 209... Sehr gefallen. Bin außerhalb der Saison angereist im November... Es war ruihg und das Appartement war sehr gemütlich. Dem Preis entsprechend, denn es war doch schon ziemlich günstig... War Sauberkeit und Komfort völlig okay. Mal davon abgesehen halte ich den Ort Stein für einen Geheim Tipp... Denn es war doch eine ganze Menge los und das im November.... Die Schlüssel Übergabe erfolgte über ein Schließfach und die Suche nach dem richtigen Appartement war schon ein wenig abenteuerlich... Das ist mit einem Augenzwinkern gesagt. Habe die Anweisung in den Emails befolgt und es hat problemlos geklappt.

Sehr gemütliches Einzimmer Apartment

Bis auf die erste Strecke zwischen des Standortes und der Schlpsselübergabe und den Unterschieden der Schlüsselnummer und der Zimmernummer(was für große Verwirrung sorgte), war alles paletti. Ach ja und unser Auto passte nicht in die Tiefgarage

Unsere Erwartungen auf jeden Fall erfüllt

Der Gesamteindruck dieses Objekts ist sehr gut. Ausreichend Platz, schön großes Bad, gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch sehr schön der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Kann man weiter empfehlen.
