Spanning about 40 square metres, this apartment offers you and your partner (plus a child) not only peace and relaxation but also a stunning view of the Baltic Sea—right from the living room and the bedroom with its French balcony.

The apartment has a cosy layout and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. While some of the furnishings are older, they’re well-maintained and have a personal touch—functionally arranged and lovingly accessorized. The location is particularly noteworthy: The view of the Baltic Sea defines the atmosphere and fills the rooms with a sense of maritime expansiveness.

A real plus: The kitchenette was recently modernised and is equipped with high-quality appliances—including a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and the most essential kitchen utensils. Right next to it is the dining area in the combined living and dining space, which also features a cosy sitting area with a TV, stereo, and Wi-Fi.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed—and thanks to the French balcony, you can even look out at the ocean right from your bed. The bathroom, with a shower and toilet, is compact and clean; everything is well-thought-out and practically laid out.

A small hallway with a coat rack provides space for jackets, shoes, and bags. You also have your own parking space available. The apartment is smoke-free.

Restaurants and cafés are about a 150-meter walk away. The centre of Laboe is about 1.5 kilometres away—easily accessible by bike or on a leisurely walk along the coast.
