Located in Park Palms, a beautiful and serene gated community featuring lakes and running creeks with complete access to three pools with jacuzzis, four tennis and two pickle ball courts, a putting green, and a clubhouse that includes a gym, ping-pong and pool tables, and access to a BBQ, puzzle and book library, and cozy indoor seating.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single-level condo is steps away from the clubhouse and the largest of the three pools. This condo features a front, private courtyard where you can enjoy the morning sun, and a gorgeous, tranquil back patio off of the living area and master bedroom with a retractable awning and beautiful views of the lake and mountains.

This condo sleeps 4 comfortably with a brand-new king bed and huge, walk-in closet in the master and a cozy queen bed in the second bedroom. The master has an ensuite bath featuring a double-vanity and sky-light with a recently remodeled shower. A 40" flat screen Smart TV is available in the master to access your streaming accounts.

Comfortable and spacious living area filled with light and cathedral ceilings. There is a 55" flat screen Smart TV with cable and internet included.

Brand new washer and dryer located in the garage.

You will have access to half of the 2-car garage and the entire driveway in regards to parking.

This condo is located close to world-class golf courses, and only minutes to The Living Desert, McCallum Theater and El Paseo where there are great restaurants and fabulous shopping. Very centrally located, close to the I-10 and Palm Desert airport.

We rented this place for the month of January 2026 and we will definitely rent this place again. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. This place is very quiet and one of the best spots in the community. The only thing I would request is stainless steel pots and bigger pots to cook pastas etc. we like to cook our own foods 90 % of the time. the kitchen cupboards and cabinets are old but in clean and in good condition. Very well organized place. It had everything else we needed.

Beautiful, peaceful, relaxing!

Jody's condo is ideally situated for an exceptional view, close to the main pool and clubhouse, and there are no worries about errant golf balls! Her condo has a very well-equipped kitchen and everything was perfect for our needs. We hope to stay there again.

It was everything and more!

Condo was special in many ways! This includes lovely decorated patio with incredible view! We were close to main pool and clubhouse. What a suburb welcoming community! We would highly recommend!

Wonderful Place!

Jody's place was perfect! Great location in Palm Desert and the community was very quiet and gorgeous. Pool area was perfect and right next to the unit. Backyard had a great view and sun all day. Jody was very attentive and responded immediately to any small issue or question. The place was very clean and modern looking. Beds very comfortable and plenty of space throughout. Community is Park Palms and is very quiet and well maintained. Great location near everything. We would definitely stay again!

Cute convenient condo for month-long stay

We stayed here at the Park Palms for the entire month of March! Jody's place was spacious and well maintained, and very conveniently located next to the main pool and clubhouse. The place is equipped with nearly everything needed, including extras like a pack and play, pickleball paddles, and pool floaties. Jody was extremely easy to work with and communicative, and addressed a few minor issues we had very quickly. She even generously adjusted our checkout date when I made an error on the reservation! The appliances all worked well and the kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking and cleaning. The appliances seemed very new as well. No real complaints at all! If I had to make a suggestion for improvement, the kitchen sink could use a new faucet, as it was a bit hard to clean dishes and it seemed to be a bit loose / leaky, but this did not impede our stay in any way. Thank you Jody!
