The 40m ² large wooden terrace overlooking the marina on the one hand and Schleimündung to the other side offers a dining table and a
maritime beach chair. The terrace is oriented to the south-west and thus promises sun all day.

The open-plan living and dining area of the apartment Kugelbake allows the same unique view of the water thanks to large windows and is characterized by discreet colors, natural materials and maritime paintings by a classic beach house style.
