This is the perfect family vacation spot! 2282 sq ft, one level home. Sleeps 10 comfortably with 1 king bed, 2 queens, and a bunkroom with 4 sets of twin size bunkbeds. There is a covered dock always in deep water (Owner keeps boat in slip but there is plenty of room to tie up your boat on either side) Large patio great for entertaining.

Located on the SC side of Lake Hartwell

2 kayaks and a large water mat available for use.

Had a blast!

Nice place, if a bit vintage. Lovely location on the water, lots of entertainment amenities included. No noticeable cleanliness issues. Only real complaint was that the owners only reached out one day prior to arrival and were otherwise unreachable from my end. Also, the hand soap and dishwasher pods weren't restocked. That being said, it was a positive experience overall.

Great family time

Easy access location if you are looking to visit Lake Hartwell. Easy access from the house to lake for all physical abilities. Back porch with the large 12 person table made it ideal to all sit and catch up on family time.

Lake view Just off main body of lake Hartwell

Spent the majority of our time outside on the deck area or on the dock Brought our boats for fishing and cruising the lake. Fire pit is awesome, out door Tv was awesome for watching football games when not enjoying the lake. Overall awesome place to relax and entertain a few friends.
