About this property

Located on a narrow promontory between the Ostseefjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbor of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, this single-storey holiday property impresses with a fantastic water view and all-day sun on the south-facing terrace. The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger.

Wellness lovers get their money's worth - infrared heat cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED color light therapy as well as a relaxing whirlpool invite you to relax after a walk on the beach.

Passing sailing ships make up the flair of this holiday property and create a maritime atmosphere. You can't get any closer to the water - there are spectacular views from the living area and on the adjacent terrace with a view of the marina. Hafenkino provides entertainment during a convivial barbecue or romantic candlelight dinner.

There is time for creative cooking on vacation - the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast right on the water - pure holiday feeling.

WLAN and Smart TV also provide indoor entertainment.

The two bedrooms each have access to their own small terrace and are furnished with a double bed.

Underfloor heating, whirlpool and sauna promise comfort in every season.

The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger by the sea.

In front of the house there is a parking lot and a bike shed.

The vacation property is an apartment on the ground floor.

Our favorite spot: sit on the terrace with a sundowner, listen to the lapping water on a gentle Baltic breeze and watch the sailing boats at the harbor entrance. Sea does not go!

The OstseeResort Olpenitz and the sailing and sports boat harbor are under construction. It should therefore be noted that there may be construction activities on the site.

Urlaub mit Wasserblick

Wir waren 2 Wochen in Olpenitz, unsere Unterkunft Landungsbrücke 28 war perfekt sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alle nötigen Geräte für das Reisen mit einem Kleinkind waren vorhanden. Neben einer modernen Küche haben wir vor allem das Bad mit Whirlwanne und Infrarotkabine genossen. Beim Frühstück auf das Wasser zu blicken und die Boote passieren zu sehen, war herrlich. Bei gutem Wetter auf der Terrasse, bei schlechtem Wetter auch von drinnen. Ein kleines Highlight war der Strandkorb auf der Terrasse! Wir kommen jedenfalls gerne wieder und hoffen dann auf mehr Glück mit dem Wetter!

Sehr schöne Häuser

Wunderschönes und sauberes Haus, sehr schöne Einrichtung. Es fehlt an nichts, weder in Küche noch im Bad. Die Matratzen sind etwas hart, aber das ist gewohnheit!
