The floating house houseboat is protected at the very beginning of the first jetty and is therefore directly accessible from land. Due to its location in the first row convinced the houseboat with a clear view over the water and the harbor entrance.

The modern and open-plan living and dining area is located on the first floor and forms the center of the holiday home. While huge window fronts provide a phenomenal view of the water, the adjoining terrace invites to barbecues - with a view over the sailing and marina of the Baltic Sea resort. Culinary delights allow a high quality gas grill. From this terrace you can reach the 30 m² roof terrace with sun all day and an all-round view of the marina, the Schlei and the Baltic Sea via an external staircase. Comfortable lounge furniture including sun island invite you to linger.

All amenities include the adjacent to the living area modern and high quality equipped kitchen with a dining table for up to six people.

The sleeping area of the floating holiday home is located on the ground floor. Two bedrooms can accommodate up to four adults and each has its own TV with home entertainment program. In the master bedroom, floor-to-ceiling windows open up new perspectives against the backdrop of the water. Through a patio door from here, the inverse inspection of the house is possible, while a swim ladder provides refreshment. Another bedroom with two single beds and a shower room are also located on this level. An additional sleeping space is provided by the comfortable sofa bed in the living area.

The floating house is a houseboat with wellness factor - the Finnish sauna in oriel solution and water view provides relaxation and underfloor heating throughout the house for comfort in every season.

A private parking space is located in front of the jetty.

And if you want to come with your boat, you can park it at your own boat mooring directly at the house.
