Bring the whole family to this stunning home w. lots of room for fun at the exclusive Solterra Resort! There is tons of square footage, gas kitchen stove, & propane BBQ grill by the pool (pool heating available at a request). One first floor bedroom, & a perfectly stocked kitchen. A TV in almost bedroom, & the perfect layout to enjoy time together but privacy when you'd like it. The resort has a LAZY RIVER, multiple pools, and a waterslide. You will love it here! All basic essentials provided.
The space
You will love the comfort of this home. One of the only lots with no rear neighbors. 2 full master bedrooms, and a third master downstairs connected to the full hallway bathroom.. The resort has a fitness center, multiple pools, waterslide, outdoor fireplace, lazy river, poolside refreshments.

- 1 master room with ensuite bathroom (king bed)

Max 5 car for any reservation. Two cars parking in driveway, the rest of parking is on street in designated areas. Pool heating available for $35/day for full reservation duration. (Please send us 2 days notice, but we can also happily accomodate last minute requests!

Beware

The property was Alright & the house was nice but they OVERCHARGE & Then charge you AFTERWARDS for stuff you didn’t do. The Tv on the outside patio was Broken, the Chair on the patio was broken m, I sat in it & almost bumped my head. The games in that Hot box of a Garage “game room” half of them were broken. They have a sign in the house for you to clean everything, wash dishes, wash towels before you leave. Why do I pay a Cleaning fee if I have to be the cleaner? Best of all They want the AC on 77 in the middle of summer in Florida. The towels in the house were cheap and worn down, they Gave Dollar store beach towels for sure. Anywho, the kitchen was beautiful. Probably the only reason I gave it 1 star instead of Zero.

Awesome Vacation

The pictures are exactly how this home looks like. Very clean and All the beds were so comfortable. Our family had an Awesome time. Also the resort amenities were so cool. The host was very helpful and very quick to answer all my questions. Thank you so much!

House was exactly as pictured

Enjoyed our stay! House was exactly as pictured and having a private pool was nice. Resort amenities were a short drive away (could have walked it in about 10 minutes time…but too hot for that lol). We arrived to the resort pool around 10:30 each morning and had prime picking for the cabana seating. Resort pools did fill up quickly after about noon each day and the parking lot for the resort filled up quickly by about 11:00am (not a huge parking lot so if walking from the house is out of the question, be sure to arrive early). Resort doesn’t allow you to bring a cooler inside, but we did pack our stainless steel water bottles and some snacks in our bag. Food prices are crazy at the resort and they charge an 18% gratuity on EVERY order. Two small icees and a large loaded fry was $32 after tax and gratuity! Would definitely stay again!
