Come to your dreamy escape: your own heated pool and hot tub, a massive 100" movie theater, and a game room that'll keep the kiddos entertained as you sip on cocktails & share laughs on the super-sized screened-in patio. Fire up the BBQ, kick back, and just soak it all in!

Kids, you're gonna flip over the Star Wars & Toy Story-themed bedrooms. They've got these awesome motion and color-changing LED lights that'll have you saying 'Wow!' (Even Dad's a fan).

When you take over the 3,100 sq feet of spacious open floor plan, you can spread out find plenty to do or find quiet nooks to rest.

Adults, you'll love the four other bedrooms (Kings & Queens) and fully stocked kitchen & dining areas.

Everyone will enjoy the patio, pool, spa, theater, air conditioned game room, TVs throughout, and space for everyone to bond or just chill out. For safety, there's an optional safety pool fence that can be put up or down.

Another great feature of the house is that it's located on the end of the street, by a cul de sac which gives you extra parking on the circle (by availability) and only one house adjacent. So, you get extra privacy and quiet!

You have access to the whole home and a great screened in patio with your own heated pool and hot tub. (Heating the pool and spa is $40/night extra.)

With full access to the fabulous Solterra Resort amenities just 37 steps away, adventure is waiting. A $35 resort fee gives your whole family full access for your entire stay.

This is our third house in the Solterra Resort and by far the best host we've had. Chris was very prompt on everything from questions before we booked all the way through our stay. The house was great and clean. The beds were very comfy as well. Although the house is on the main entry roadway there is great privacy for the pool and hot tub which is very important for us. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much in the brand new heater! The game room was wonderful and we really loved the theatre room! Kick back with some family, popcorn and great movies was the perfect ending to each day!!

Great Rental

Chris is an excellent host. We did have some issues, which he addressed promptly. The resort area/amenities are great. The game room and themed bedrooms were a huge hit with the kids. The kitchen is well equipped if you're interested in preparing meals for your family.

Lovely home!

Our Florida vacation was amazing this year, the house was roomy, and the pool and hot tub were a hit! My teens loved the theater room and the Star Wars themed room! The clubhouse offered more fun for the kids and great food! Chris welcomed us and was quick to respond. Its close to Disney Springs and Universal. My family loved it and hated to leave! I would definitely stay again!! Thank you for opening your home so we could make memories!

Great house, great host!

Excellent House

Chris' house was by far the best we have stayed at. It was clean, had everything that we needed, along with a few bonuses. The kids bedrooms - themed as Toy Story and Star Wars were a hit. And to make the kids extremely happy, the beds had places to plug their phones in to charge. Some of us aren't real young anymore, so we especially enjoyed having the railings on the pool and spa, which we used each and everyday. And probably the biggest hit was the movie theater. In addition, the house is at the end of the street with a cul-de-sac right there which made having a third vehicle no problem. It was a perfect vacation in a perfect house !!!

A group of us stayed for a national dance competition. Chris was kind and responsive. We had a small issue with the AC & he got it immediately taken care of. The amenities for the house were great & kids had so much fun playing in the game room. Highly recommend the place!

Our family had a fantastic stay at this home during our Florida trip. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt throughout. Although we encountered a few minor issues with the AC and internet, the property manager responded and quickly resolved. The kids loved the pool—it was comfortable in early June without adding the heat. The home was spacious and well-equipped, and we enjoyed the game room and had a movie night using the projector. We also took advantage of the community amenities, including the pool and tennis courts. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Host and Neighborhood

My family of 4 plus our little 5 pound furbaby were truly blessed to have found Chris and his family's incredible home, which accommodated us with open arms. After a disappointing experience with VRBO, Chris and his family came to our rescue, providing a last-minute haven with an early morning check-in and welcoming our beloved furbaby. The house was a dream come true, exactly as advertised - a stunning 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom beauty with a converted garage game room. The beds were supremely comfortable, and our kids were overjoyed with the bonus room's projector TV and their bedrooms. My son was inspired to recreate the Star Wars room in his own bedroom, while my daughter adored the Toy Story bedroom and a room with a queen-sized bed. Chris and his family have created a backyard oasis with a pool and hot tub, which we gratefully enjoyed during our February stay, thanks to the thoughtful heating. We appreciated the warmth, even though the daytime temperatures didn't require it, and we didn't want to trouble Chris with requests. Our goal was to unwind and prepare for our daughter's National Cheer Comp, the reason for our trip. Chris's home was a serene haven, perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway, whether visiting beaches or exploring Disney. The resort's clubhouse and water park were an added bonus, although we didn't utilize them during our stay, preferring Chris's pool. We look forward to exploring these amenities on our next visit. Wonderful vacation home!

The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac in a gated community that felt very safe. My husband and I were there with 5 young adults and we had plenty of space for everyone. We loved the heated pool but especially loved how close we were to the clubhouse & lazy river. We watched play-off hockey games nearly every night on the big screen upstairs and the huge sofa was big enough for all 10 of us! We had a great stay and Chris was amazing to deal with when we had a few questions. Thanks so much for making our family vacation so memorable!

Great house for a family

We had a great time at Chris' place. The pool and the games room were absolutely fantastic - the children absolutely loved both. The house is spacious and well equipped. BBQ was great, we had 3 BBQs around the pool. Chris was very helpful in the run up to the holiday. Thanks! The only issue we had in the week there was not with the house, but worth mentioning that the pool in the resort was a little disappointing. They were incredibly strict on not taking any snacks in with you, which is difficult when you have young kids. They have food available there but it's very expensive and not always what kids want (it's hot dogs etc, we wanted to take in some fruit and cereal bars). Also, the pool has a pretty tame slide but my confident swimmer 5 year old (almost 6) was a cm too short to go down it, which caused tears. Hard to explain to a child who did all the water rides and rollercoasters at Disney that he can't do a tame slide in another pool!

Great Stay.

The property was very clean and had all you need for great stay. Its very close to the resort which is a good no need to drive your car there. This is good since the lot there is small and you should to get there as soon as opens for a chair or do like we did and just go for while to lazy river and pool. You can then walk back to house and use the great pool and hot tub back there . Plenty of room in the house to spread out and get comfortable. The owner is very quick to response to any questions. The property is very close to food store and restaurants and most attractions which is good cause I4 always has traffic on it . Definitely would stay there again.

Great experience

Our stay was great. The pool was heated when we arrived so we could enjoy it even though the weather wasn’t perfect. Jacuzzi also heated quickly and was a great addition to the pool. House was well equipped. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend this rental.

The house is situated just 37 steps from a the fantastic Solterra resort and just 12 miles from Disney, Universal and so many other exciting places to make memories. I really want my guests to feel welcome and relaxed in this place I call "Casa di Grazie" - "House of Gratefulness".

What makes this property unique

Two themed rooms - Toy Story and Star Wars - are sure to WOW your kids (and you!) as they play and fall asleep dreaming of being characters within those other worlds. A 100" projection screen theater will be a welcome relaxation at the end of a busy day. The game room is filled with foosball, video games, basketball toss and pool, and will keep everyone entertained for hours. The spacious downstairs has room to gather, cook, eat, play games and feel at home. The very spacious lanai patio (with a private pool and spa) allows you to feel like you have your own resort, but if you want the big resort feel, just take a very short walk through the backyard and enjoy the lazy river, pool, hot tub, clubhouse, snack bar, gym, lounges, entertainment evenings and so much more!
